. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath exquisitely decorated condo with view of the Myakka River and beautiful sunset. Fully furnished with all amenities necessary for a great vacation. Flat screen TV with BluRay, internet for UTube or Netflix. Pillow top mattresses on all beds, lanai with beautiful sunset. Private fishing pier where you can catch all kinds of fish. Location in a quiet area yet less than 5 miles to all restaurants and stores you might need. Heated pool with view of water. Close to beautiful beaches, golf, tennis, shopping mall, flea market, movies and movies. Not far from Sanibel Island to collect great shells or Manasota Key with quiet relaxing beach. Another great spot to visit is Myakka State Park, see alligators, take an airboat ride, or watch the birds. There's so much to do closeby or just relax at the pool. Read my reviews on Trip Advisor. Please ask for last minute discounts. Will consider small non shedding dog for additional fee.

The Location of the Unit was misleading based on the pictures and writeup. The river was across a freeway. The interior of the home had many plastic plants that were dusty and made it hard to breathe. Also, the unit was overwhelmed with Personal photos, making it hard to feel like a vacation spot.

A great place to go and get away from the snow!

Although our primary interest was to enjoy warm weather for a couple winter months, this condo would be great year round. It was nicely furnished, well located near shopping and sporting areas, and was well equipped with all the kitchen gadgets needed. We stayed for eight weeks enjoying what Florida has to offer. We spent time fishing Myakka River on the facility's pier, soaking in the pool, and taking long walks and bike rides around the neighborhood. There is also a public fishing pier within walking distance. Englewood Beach and Manasota Key are nearby so some days were spent with beach activities and collecting sharks teeth. Several wild life preserves are close by where you can see gators, birds of all types, and the jungles of the subtropics. We met many friendly people, mostly retired folks, who either own their condos or are guests who come back annualy. Jacqueline's condo was just what we needed to have a lovely home away from home this winter. I would definitely recommend renting from Jacqueline if spending some time in Florida is of interest to you.

Very clean & nicely furnished

We felt at home the moment we walked through the door. We enjoyed walking every afternoon in the very safe neighborhood. We finished that off with a walk to the condos pier. We sat and watched a dolphin near the bridge, a pelican swooping to get a meal, and many other birds. My husband enjoyed the public pier across the street. He met several people as they gave him hints for a good day of fishing. The month of January went quickly. Jacqueline was friendly and a fantastic owner who truly cares about her renters enjoying their stay.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Condo !!!

We have stayed here several times now. We love the location, the condo is beautiful and very well maintained by the owner. We could not ask for a more perfect place to stay. Boat Rental is 5 minutes away @ Goodtimes Boat Rental, supermarket 5 minutes away, and the harbor is right outside your door. We love coming here and plan to return again.
