At Altstadt-Studio 8, you’ll find a stylish and spacious home for 8 people spread over two floors in the heart of Stralsund’s Old Town. With an impressive living area of 115 m², spread across the 3rd floor and the attic, this studio combines modern comfort with historic charm. The two floors are connected by a private hallway, offering you maximum privacy and flexibility. The lower floor features a separate bedroom with a cosy double bed (180x200), a spacious dining area with a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for shared meals and social evenings—as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. The upper level invites you to relax with a charming open-concept living/sleeping area and a practical small kitchenette—perfect for a snack or a leisurely breakfast. The living area also features a sofa bed (160x200), comfortable armchairs, and a TV. Hidden behind a curtain are another sofa bed (160x200) and a double bed (180x200). This area also provides access to the second bathroom, which features a shower, bidet, and toilet. A highlight is the small balcony off the kitchen on the lower floor. Here you can start your day with a cup of coffee or wind down the evening in peace. We also offer parking spaces right in the courtyard.

Altstadt Studio 8 spans two floors—the 3rd floor and the attic—offers 115 m², accommodates up to 8 people, and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Altstadt Studio 9 is located on the second floor, is accessible by lift, offers approximately 55 m², is ideal for up to 4 people, and has 1 bedroom plus a second sleeping area in the living room. Altstadt Studio 10 is located on the ground floor without an lift, offers 65 m², accommodates up to 4 people, and features 1 bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area.
All studios feature a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook in comfort, as well as cosy living areas with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Right outside the door, you’ll find a public charging station for electric cars—ideal for eco-conscious travellers.
