Seaside Getaway: This holiday home in La Bernerie-en-Retz is the perfect place for a relaxing break with your loved ones. The 130 m² property features a bright living room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor), and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. A private garden offers a peaceful space for both children and adults to relax and play.
Sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds (140 cm), 6 single beds (90 cm), and a baby cot available.
Enjoy a private outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. The covered terrace is perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
Parking for at least 3 vehicles is available on the property. Pets are welcome.
A heating surcharge applies from October to April. Towels and bed linen are optional and available for an extra fee. Final cleaning is included.
