Step inside and make yourself at home—a warm welcome to this modern one-room holiday apartment with a living area of approximately 37 m². The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and can accommodate up to 2 people.

This small apartment is perfectly designed and furnished. You’ll find a bright living and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a sofa, an armchair, and a TV. The modern, separate kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The kitchen and living area are separated by a kitchen bar that also serves as a dining table. The interior bathroom features a shower. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets from your balcony. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
