The estate features ten individually designed suites, each inspired by alpine elements such as Gold, Moss, or Mountain Lake. Every suite is equipped with a King-size bed handcrafted by Austrian manufacturer Wittmann and harmoniously blends natural materials, lighting, and space. En-suite bathrooms feature rain showers, fine natural stone, and premium fittings. Hidden technology such as retractable TV screens, Sonos sound systems, full blackout, and acoustic insulation ensure the utmost relaxation.
The sleeping areas are deliberately separated from the social zones—offering perfect balance between retreat and conviviality.

The central living space captivates with floor-to-ceiling windows framing sweeping views of the valley and the towering peaks of the Steinernes Meer. A rotating lounge island allows guests to focus either on the crackling fireplace or the panoramic landscape. A Yamaha Disklavier grand piano can provide live or automated music upon request.
