About this property

Living in the stylish basement

I am offering a fully furnished 80-square-meter holiday rental for up to 8 people. It features 2 separate bedrooms, each with a 200x200-cm double bed; a small room with a youth bed (80x200 cm) and a pull-out mattress underneath; and a large living room with a 140x200-cm double bed, a folding screen, and a sleeper sofa.
The bathroom has a large shower, a tub, and a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The pool is available seasonally starting in May (when frost-free), and the sauna costs €20 per person, with each additional person at €10, including a towel by arrangement.
IMPORTANT
Pets are allowed only if an additional cleaning fee of €50 is paid upon arrival.
Guests may encounter me and other guests.
