My accommodation (bottom of house of 36 m² air-conditioned with equipped terrace (parasols, table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, jacuzzi with supplement, 30 minutes offered) private closed parking, is located 5 minutes walk from the city center and shops, 250m from the beaches and restaurants near the train station and the railway. Ideally located, 5 minutes by train from Monaco, 15 minutes by train from Ventimiglia (Italy), 30 minutes from the center of Nice, the BUS Nice airport is 2 minutes away on foot The region in which I receive you allows a wide choice of activities for young and old (Sea, Mountain, walks, visits, water sports, cycling ...).

Perfect location for Monaco

The location was perfect for accessing Monaco. Only 10 minutes away from Monaco including the walk to the actual train station. The property is close to amenities in town including some very good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again in the future.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Strandblick gab es nicht! Aber den haben wir auch nicht vermisst. Dafür braucht man nur 3 Minuten bis zum Strand.

Exzellenter Aufenthalt

Overall eine klare Empfehlung. Es ist besser als die Bilder es ausdrücken. Heraus zu heben ist die wunderschöne Terrasse, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage sowhl zum Strand, Supermärkten und Restaurants ist sehr gut. Raouls Restaurant Empfehlungen sind wir gefolgt und haben uns in's Massimo verliebt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hervorzuheben ist, was Raoul alles zur Verfügung stellt, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Alles hat funktioniert. Danke an Raoul für das Abholen am Bahnhof und der Willkommensgruß. Einzig die aktuelle Baustelle direkt nebenan hat ein wenig uns den Schlaf gekostet, wofür Raoul ja nichts kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement. Les plus: bien équipé, bien décoré, fonctionnel, jolie terrasse bien ensoleillée l’après-midi, parking avec accès direct, situé à 200 m de la plage. Les minus: très proche du train, la nuit il en passe 2 ou 3, faible isolation, les 2 pièces sont assez petites.

Sehr schönes Appartement für Zwei!

Das Appartement ist auf neuestem Stand, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Platz ist für zwei Personen optimal (Zwei weitere Personen, oder Kinder müssten das Couch im Wohnbereich nutzen).Alles funktioniert gut. Ein kleines Highlight ist die Dusche mit super Wasserdruck, Regendusche etc. und Lichteffekt nach Wärme des Wassers. Die Klimaanlage läuft super. Der Fernseher ist schön groß - leider nur französische Programme, aber wir haben uns auch nicht weiter damit beschäftigt. W-lan läuft problemlos. Den Whirlpool haben wir zweimal benutzt, man kann ringsherum einen Sichtschutz zuziehen. Über der Terasse hängt ein Sonnenschirm, der den ganzen Tisch mit Stühlen überdeckt, was in diesem Klima extrem hilfreich ist und außerdem Sichtschutz zur oberen Wohnung bietet. Man kann ungesehen aus dem Appartement über die Terasse in den Whirlpool gehen. Das Haus und der Parkplatz liegen in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage. Die Lage ist prima: Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Restaurants,Strand - alles in ein paar Minuten erlaufbar. Mit dem Zug ist man für wenig Geld in ein paar Minuten in Monaco, in weniger als einer halben Stunde in Nizza. Selber fahren lohnt sich nicht. Ein Besuch im alten Dorf Roquebrune auf dem Berg ist zu empfehlen - ein verwunschener Ort mit mittelalterlichem Kern, wunderschöne , schattige Gassen, herrliche Ausblicke, eine kleine Burgruine und Cafés und Restaurants. Der Strand ist öffentlich ( runde Kiesel) , es gibt auch Liegenvermietung - sobald man öfters als einmal hingeht, lohnt es sich aber eher selbst einen Schirm und Matten zu kaufen. Es gibt am Strand Duschen, saubere öffentliche Toiletten und Läden, sowie die üblichen Restaurants/Bars und eine sehr gute Eisdiele etwas weiter hinten. Es gibt auch einen extra Hundestrand. Die Lage an der Bahnlinie erschreckt erst einmal , stört aber nicht weiter. Nachts hört man nichts. Raoul ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Mit jeder Frage / Kritik beschäftigt er sich umgehend. Der Kontakt läuft unkompliziert , da er obendrüber wohnt, aber die Privatsphäre der Mieter respektiert. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir Gewürze, Marmeladen, Kaffee und Obst vor - sowie eine Flasche Wein für uns (!). Die Kaution wird nicht (wie beschrieben) bar erstattet , sondern sehr zeitnah über den Anbieter zurück erstattet. Wir hatten unser Geld zwei Tage später wieder auf der Kreditkarte. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - wir würden wieder kommen.

The apartment is as per the description - Apartment interiors are very modern and chic. Location is perfect to visit Monaco and Menton. Nice is also not too far away. Raoul is not only easily reachable but also helpful. Very highly recommended!

It was a memorable vacation for our family Raoul made our stay in Menton even better!

Very comfortable accommodations, convenient location to the train; beautiful patio for eating outside; air conditioning was a lifesaver. Raoul is a very accommodating & generous host. He provided the additional supplies (ie: beach towels) we needed as international guests. The beds were a bit tight for tall people like ourselves (6 ft & taller). We made it work, though. We had a lovely vacation & would recommend this apartment to our friends & family. Thank you to Raoul for making us very welcome in Menton.
