Your home away from home, “Weiße Villa,” is truly a dream. You’ll be welcomed by a truly beautiful and exceptionally tasteful holiday home in a timelessly elegant “villa style,” located close to the beach—right next to Grömitz’s famous spa park.
In this 2-room apartment (approx. 41 sqm of living space on the 1st floor), situated between the spa park and the Baltic Sea beach, we warmly welcome up to 3 guests.

Your living area has been designed for you with great taste and attention to detail. The cosy couch converts into an additional sleeping space in no time at all. Numerous accessories and high-quality, modern-style furniture create a particularly beautiful living atmosphere. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, included.

Your modern, elegant white designer kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Your bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A heated towel rack is, of course, included.

Your bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep with a double bed (approx. 2x90x200 cm), and ample closet space is, of course, also provided.
There is also a TV in the bedroom.


You can also enjoy the beautiful, large south/west-facing balcony with patio furniture at any time and relax there wonderfully.

Special features of the holiday rental:

The apartment is easily accessible by lift, so you don’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The apartment features electric exterior shutters.
“A lockable bike shed is available on the property for any bicycles you bring with you.”
You can conveniently park your car in a reserved parking space right next to the house.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here. The apartment is allergy-friendly.
