This spacious family home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, recently remodeled full kitchen, fireplace, and a generous balcony with expansive Lake Michigan views. The large master suite features its own gas fireplace, full bath, vaulted ceilings with skylights, and a private deck with panoramic views over Little Traverse Bay.

Amenities also include gas grill, wrap-around balcony and porch with outdoor seating, wi-fi, Netflix, washer and dryer.

Beautifully updated kitchen includes all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig & drip), toaster, blender.

This cottage has been inspected and is licensed as a vacation rental with the City of Petoskey. Parking is only available on the left side of the driveway. There is an apartment above the detached garage, and the tenant parks on the right side.

What an amazing vacation home! The location is perfect and the house was fully stocked with whatever we needed! The beds were comfortable and we loved the huge porch! Beautiful house with all the amenities including a wonderful wrap around porch with a swing. Our family, including our 2 month old grandson enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to park, marina, and downtown Petoskey shops and restaurants. Gorgeous water and sunset views. Will definitely stay again.

Cousins trip

Headed up north with cousins for a cousins getaway - 6 of us total and this house was perfect for us! We had a family night in and cooked together and the space was large and open to so we could all be together. The view is amazing too! Super clean, spacious and great host!!

Our stay in this home was wonderful!! Such a lovely house! We especially enjoyed spending time on the Deck! And walking to town was easy . Everything was clean and neat. The only thing to note is that soap for the showers was not readily available and there was no shampoo and conditioner provided . Would have been nice to have an sos/scrubby to clean pans when we cooked . The kitchen otherwise was well stocked. Would love to return here in the future

A fabulous place to stay. Everything was as indicated in the listing. Our host communicated very well including a last minute issue with the Master Bedroom shower. We will definitely try and stay at this location again!!!!

The pictures posted on VRBO truly represented this home. The location is ideal with a close proximity to downtown, walking distance to the bay, beach, and walking paths. The home was beautifully decorated and we felt at home during our stay. Would 100% stay again.

What a wonderful place and a beautiful view. Weather was perfect for a fall wedding. Very comfortable, felt like home. We even had chocolate, wine and some chips to welcome us in.

We loved this property!

There were six of us for a girls trip and we absolutely loved this property! This is a fully remodeled home that is spacious and extremely comfortable with very nice furnishings and amenities. A very roomy home. We would definitely stay here again, and I will recommend this property to family and friends.

Came in for a family weddiing

We loved the property! We came from Montana and Japan for a family wedding in Petosky. The property was super clean, centrally located and was very well represented in the pictures and listing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Great get away

Petoskey is a beautiful town and being able to walk to the Shoreline and Bayfront parks was awesome. This home is in a great location. Super clean and has cute details throughout. The beds were super comfy and there’s everything you need to have a great getaway. This is a perfect house for two couples. It felt like home.

Everything was great!

Overall great location and property! Lots of space. We had 6 adults and had enough room. The twin beds were a bit small for someone over 6’5”. The steps were also very narrow, so be careful. Great open area and outdoor areas. Beautiful views! Would stay there again for sure!

Perfect Getaway!

Stayed here with my wife and another couple to enjoy fall colors in the area. House was very updated and clean with plenty of room. Location close to town (walkable) and many hiking trails nearby. Beach access across the street from the house. Mike is very easy to work and quick to respond. We will be back next fall!

Lived up to it's hype!

Most enjoyable stay...very roomy, comfortable, open common living area. Beautiful sunsets on large porch. Master bedroom is quite large - two other bedrooms a little tight, but you are not spending a lot of time in them anyway. Easy walk to town - excellent location. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation with five adults. And it was great to have 3 full bathrooms. Book it!
