Visit to warm sunny Panama

Adella was an excellent hostess and responsive to every question immediately! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. We hope To stay longer next time! Many of The residents were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the workout facility, pools, water aerobics and the area. Many activities available in the building.

Fantastic Condo!

The listing is 100% accurate, the 2 pools were fantastic. We didn't golf, so I can't comment on that. The only hiccup was that we don't speak Spanish to communicate with the housekeeper, but google translate helped a lot.

Great stay in Coronado

We spent 3 weeks in December at this condo. It was just as described and very spacious. The property owner, Adella, was quick to reply to any questions. I would say you need a car. I’m not sure how an Uber or taxi would get past the 3 security gates. The parking is easy on the bottom floor of the tower. All in all, very nice stay.

They have bugs that’s in the bed. You need a car to get to get around. The place was dirty.

No one spoke English, the place had awful smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bugs bugs bugs. Not worth the money. Stay home.

5th. Time

It was our 4th. stay at the Golf Coronado building. We are golfers so that’s why we pick that location. On the 3 previous stays our apartment choices were the ones who had alliances with the golf course so the amount of payment to play there for a month was 300. Now, the golf course owners no longer honour that agreement so the cost was more than doubled. The other disappointment was that this year it was so much hotter to golf! The apartment we choose was suitable although needing a significant amount of upgrading.

Need better for long term stay

We were there for 50 days and there was really not much in terms of pots and pans in the kitchen and those there were really in bad shape and needed replacement. In fact, this is one of the major drawback as everything else was OK including contact with owner. The kitchen sink tap leaks and needs to be fixed. The drip, drip drives you crazy. We had AC problems when we arrived but the owner quickly resolved this issue. Otherwise, everything was OK except for the limited kitchen supplies...

Tout était parfait. Par contre, plus de détails pour informer les gens sur la façon de reserver soi-même avec servicescoronado.com. Nous avons eu cette info seulement 3 jours avant car je croyais qu'on nous offrait ce service. Aussi, pour jouer au golf, il est obligatoire d'acheter une carte de membres. Nous ne pouvions pas payer une partie à la fois. Toutefois, elle permet d'avoir accès aux installations du Coronado Luxury club et suites. Pour ce qui est de l'accueil par la concierge, excellent, sauf qu'elle ne parlait qu'espagnol. Nous ommes francophones. Mais nous avons quand même réussi nous comprendre. Nous en avons ri. Ceci nous a fait prendre conscience qu'il faut un minimum de connaissance de l'espagnol pour apprécier pleinement notre prochain séjour au Panama. Somme toute, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Merci.

Coronado Golf Tower Condo

Positives: The condo was exactly as described, very well kept as well as very clean. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need or use during our stay. All appliances seemed new and worked as needed, there were no issues. The view from the balcony was wonderful and proved to be where we spent the majority of our time. The building's pools and gym were clean, well maintained and fun to use. What we didn't care for: Again, we loved the condo! However, it should be noted that personal transportation is a MUST. It was by accident that we had a rental car...after we arrived and saw the location we had to extend our rental agreement. We were not expecting the gated community, within a gated community, within a gated community situation. Taxi and Uber services were just not feasible.

Condo on a nice golf course

Nicely equipped condo on a great course. A car would be recommended but not necessary. Safe environment with nice pools, restaurant and other amenities. Coronado has some of the best weather in Panama

Enjoyed our stay in Panama. Beautiful location and people. Panamanians are very welcoming and helpful, so lovely. Adella was always available by email and always quick to get back to us. She has a lovely home. Everyone we meet at this complex made us feel welcome and they have a great social group, Tuesday night cocktails and pot luck bbq’s. Could always count on Olga and Betsy when we had questions or concerns. Do plan to return to Panama in the future.

Wonderful Four Month Stay

My wife and I spent four months in this great condominium community. Coronado is an area that includes houses, condos and a few hotels. The Coronado Golf Condominiums are predominately permanent homes. Many expats have settled here. Some units are vacation properties for people living in Panama City. A few, like this unit, 6A, are vacation rentals. The building is some 30 stories high. It includes a top floor swimming pool and exercise facility, as well as game room and lounges. These have an extraordinary view of the area, including the ocean. There is, also, a large pool across from the building with ample palapas and sitting areas. The condo is on the 6th floor overlooking the tenth fairway of the golf course. Renters generally have privileges at the golf course, exercise facility, spa and restaurant that are part of the Blue Bay Resort. The condo is a two bedroom two bath unit. It is beautifully decorated. Attention to detail is very evident. The living area opens onto a large deck area. Sitting on the deck is a perfect place to start and end the day. The view is panoramic with mountain and ocean scenery. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed for a long stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed. It has floor to ceiling glass doors (as does the living room) which open to a separate deck. There is a large bathroom attached with walk in shower and separate jetted tub. The master has plenty of shelving and clothes hanging space. The reservation process was easy. The owner, Adella. (Lives in US), is very responsive and informative. She is extremely accessible and responds quickly to any questions or issues. Also, we had access to wonderful people at the condo who provided help and information when needed. Olga, who lives on the 6th floor, also, has a wealth of knowledge to share. She, also, has a car service to and from the airport. We definitely recommend her for this service, as the traffic in Panama City is not for the feint at heart. John and Betsy, also residents were of great help , as well. It was very reassuring to have wonderful people to help us with our long stay. This is an amazing condo. It works well for a short golf vacation as well as a long stay, as ours. We highly recommend it.

the month flew by!

We loved it. We walk to the golf course where they stored our clubs every day. Started with a round of golf and then decided which pool location, 6 options it total we would pick for the afternoon. The beach club was our favorite. Walk the beach and then relax in a day bed. The balcony is the perfect height for watching the golfers while still having an ocean view. We love to cook, everything is so fresh and the fish is amazing. The kitchen has everything we would have in our own home to cook some delicious suppers. Plus the place is decorated and feels like a home and not a rental unit. Check in was a breeze and payments and golf all coordinated. Don't be fooled. Not all units are equal. This one is a standout.

Fabulous vacation rental

Planning a visit to Panama for the first time or the 10th time, I highly recommend that you choose this rental. The owner Adella is a delight to do business with as she ensures that no detail is over looked. Her condo is decorated with modern furnishings and offers all of the luxuries of home including magnificent views of both the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Since the condo is part of a country club, you have all of the amenities you could ask for including Golf, tennis, exercise room with a beautiful view atop this 33 floor buludling, numerous swimming pools including an amazing roof top pool, hammocks, 2 wonderful restaurants, table tennis, horse back riding, and friendly neighbors. Adella went out if her way to help me plan excursions to the city as well as a trip to the beautiful pearle islands. She arranged to have a driver for us who was Ebgkish speaking who met us at the airport. I definitely plan to return and am so appreciative to have found this rental.

Gorgeous and pristine Coronado Golf condo

We had the privilege of staying at Adella's stunning Coronado Golf condo for just over a month. Being in the condo was like stepping into the pages of a magazine. Brand new, beautifully and professionally designed, exceptionally well-equipped, fitted with high-end and luxurious furniture, appliances and soft furnishings, no detail overlooked ...this by far surpasses your average vacation rental. And club privileges were an added bonus. We are not golfers (this would be a golfer's paradise), but we made regular use of the beach club and tennis courts and we were veritable fixtures at Coronado Golf's gorgeous lap pool and games room. We found it handy to have a rental car, although it is possible to get around by taxi if you have the number of a reliable one (- there's no central number to call for taxi service). Adella was highly responsive (even with a property manager on the ground) and she was lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!
