Comfortable house, large and beautifull view on sea, tastefully decorated, sunny but cool temperature inside, Environment hill, nature, sea, quiet place. Access to the seaside in 50m by private passage, pontoons, little boats and small beach. 2 terraces, sun or shade, one large closed garden in 2 parts, one towards hills, one towards sea. Parking on site. Long sandy beach 'l'Almanarre' in 5 minutes by car. Boarding for the 'Iles d'Or' in 10 minutes, by car, in the port of 'La Tour Fondue'.
Main level : a big room opened on balcony view on sea, open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining area, the room is also opened towards the garden, with an outside dining area. In this not overlooked garden, are also sunbathings and resting places.

In ground floor, 3 bedrooms among which 2 opened on terrace and garden side sea, 1 bathroom with toilets and 1 separated toilets . Any recent beddings and of excellent quality. Sheets and towels are not provided.
In the garden by the sea, you find other places, sunny or shaded by trees, to take advantage of your holidays, have dinner or rest you.
In the village (20mn by foot), you will find shops and services, bars and restaurants, and the provençal market every tuesday morning. A little well stocked supermarket is in the camping de 'la presqu'île', 10mn by car. Big supermarkets and every shops are in the town of Hyères, 20 mn by car. In summer, many animations are organized, and in the 'Port of Hyères' (15mn), very livened up in summer, night-markets take place every evening. You will also find there, many nice stores.
Access by train (10 km) or plane : 3 airports are situated nearby : that of Toulon-Hyères (30mn, those of Marseille and Nice (1:30 am). The closest big station of train is in Toulon: 25 mn.
Unless you simply wanted to take advantage of the villa, a car is necessary !
By car: Toulon, Hyeres by motorway towards Hyères direction 'GIENS les Iles' The villa is located at the tip of the peninsula. Specific plan sent before stay.
Many and varied tourist interests: very 'natural' Peninsula (protected site), footpath along the coast, cycling (bike or skates hire possible). Les 'Iles d'or' : Porquerolles, Port-Cros and his underwater path, Le Levant. Long beaches: l'Almanarre, la Badine, la Bergerie, beaches of Brégançon.
The back country nearby : typical Provencal villages, crafts, Maures Mountains, pine forests and vineyards. The coast: Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Gassin, etc. .. Toulon: Old City, Mont Faron, visit the harbor by boat. Six-Fours: Embiez island
