Located 5km south of Sarlat, the Yeuse is an old farm from the 19th century, recently restored. Adjacent to that of the owners but very independent, and furnished with great taste, it is located in a very beautiful setting of flowery and wooded greenery with private access to the swimming pool (dimension 10x5m, depth 50cm to 2.50m) reserved exclusively for the tenant . The cottage includes a kitchen area with dining area opening onto a TV lounge, upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with shower room, a mezzanine and a WC. On the ground floor, a second bathroom with a washing machine and a toilet. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace and enjoy the pleasant 2000 m2 garden and the barbecue.

Séjour compliqué pour enfant en bas âge

La piscine est très belle, d'extérieur la maison est également très belle mais l'intérieur est vieillot, pas très propre et compliqué pour un enfant en bas âge (marche dans le salon, escaliers glissant...). La localisation est top mais vous n'aurez pas de conseils des propriétaires.

Wonderful place to stay

Lovely accommodation. Everything you need. The pool is private and clean. The hosts are brilliant and sweet. Respect your privacy and helpful whenever needed. I would absolutely recommend this stay. Practical points Close to get onto the cycle path 5mins cycle to Carsac for bakery/Spar/Butchers 5min drive to a local farm shop 10min Drive to Sarlat and Supermarket 10mins to Vitrac and the river beach/canoe hire

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit ganz netten, hilfsbereiten Vermietern - strategisch gut gelegen, um das Perigord zu entdecken. Wir haben mit den Fahrrädern und mit dem Auto diese wunderbare Region erfahren - und uns immer gefreut, wieder zurück zu kehren. Empfehlenswert!!

Wonderful property, amazing pool and really well located!

We spent a fantastic week at this beautiful and spacious property in the Dordogne. It was quiet and peaceful and the pool is just stunning. It’s really well located for exploring the region and we were able to visit the Caves of Lascaux, Château des Milandes and a number of the most beautiful villages in France not to mention the town of Sarlat which is just a short drive away. Our lovely hosts were always on hand if we needed anything but kept a respectful distance throughout. We had a wonderful holiday.

Gîte charmant dommage qu’il ne soit pas mieux entretenu

Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter de nombreux sites. Piscine magnifique : grande et très agréable. Dommage qu’il y ait un réel manque de propreté à l’intérieur du gîte et qu’il n’y ait pas de lave vaisselle.
