This family friendly home gives a feeling of space and comfort on the water. It is 7-10 minutes from fast water. Our house will accommodate many people very comfortably.

Our home has 4/5 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms can be converted to a 5th bedroom by closing the barn door that is down the middle of the room), each with a smart television; and 4 bathrooms. It has 2 primary bedrooms - one with 2 king beds (barn door) and the other with a king and a full. The other bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs has 3 bunk beds (single over full), a loft with 2 twin beds, and a bathroom. Downstairs has an open kitchen with a dining room, a large family room that opens up to the deck. This adjoins a very large living room that has a large bar, large dining table and spacious living area with fireplace.

The large glass sliding door to the deck allows for gorgeous views of the water, Mount Diablo, and beautiful sunsets.

The deck area has dining tables, deck chairs, firepit and 2 BBQs.

Down on the new dock there is space for 1-2 boats depending on size and room to tether another.

There is a large open water space for floating and water play without danger of boats (5mph zone). Access to a pedal boat, use of the water slide, 2 paddle boards, floating mat and floating chairs.

Some amenities include kitchen aid mixer, crock pot, fondue set, rice cooker, poker chips, dice, playing cards. kid's toys, board games, books and more!

Primary renter must be at least 28 years of age. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Disregard for the house, the neighbors or the permit restrictions, will not be tolerated; and the Rental Agreement is enforced.

This is a residential neighborhood with mostly full-time residents. We respect our neighbors and their right to enjoy their property and neighborhood.

We rent on a first come first served basis. Therefore, a potential tenant must fund, complete and return the Rental Agreement before the dates are secured.

We require you to sign a rental agreement and that you to comply with Contra Costa permit ordinances.

Our County Short Term Rental Permit allows:
12 people 12+ years of age and 6 people under 12 years of age.
No street parking. Parking in the driveway only. Driveway will
accommodate 3-4 cars. No parking of boats, trailers. mobile homes etc. in
the driveway or on the street.
No weddings, receptions, conferences etc.
