Situated in the 'maquis' , very quite ,the villa is placed in the village named 'Les Hameaux de Pietragione' in a 10 htc park where you'll find corkoaks and the flora typical of of the island: 'maquis'. Every comfort,big garden (115m2) with barbecue and shower . The House is completely equipped, same the garden with long chairs, table and chairs in the veranda where you'll have your meals. A perfect relax!

Très bon accueil de la dame en charge de la gérance de la maison. Maison agréable, très propre, très bien située à deux minutes de la très belle plage de Santa Giulia.

Vacances les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa, a quelques mètres de la baie dans une résidence agréable et calme. La villa est bien équipée, il ne nous a rien manqué et la climatisation appréciable. Je recommande.

Tres bon séjour

A4, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée dont climatisation bien efficace. Mais surtout une proximité de la magnifique plage de Santa Giulia . Un paradis surtout tôt le matin. Seul bémol le lit parental mériterait un plus grand confort et une plus grande dimension (160*190 ) . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A refaire des que possible

Emplacement idéal!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Riventosa! L'emplacement est parfait (plage à pied en quelques minutes!), au calme, résidence sécurisée, place de parking juste devant la maison. Extérieur très profitable, BBQ, salons de jardin, bains de soleil. Porto Vecchio à 15-20 minutes en voiture mais il y a un dépôt de pain tout proche (accessible à pied également!) Clim très appréciable dans toutes les pièces. La personne qui s'occupe du check-in/check out est très accueillante et arrangeante! La description de la maison est conforme. Rien ne manque! Seul petit bémol, la maison mériterait un bon tri et nettoyage de printemps! Les placards de cuisine débordent de matériel pas toujours très propre. La douche extérieure est encombrée de matériel de jardinage et elle est bouchée. Dommage, on inonde toute la terrasse quand on veut s'en servir... Mais globalement, cela reste une très bonne location. Nous avons eu un problème avec la machine à laver, Mme Parodi s'est efforcée de trouver une solution à distance, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Merci Madame, Le problème est que pour le Covid 19 je ne suis pas arrivée à me rendre, début saison, de l'Italie à Santa Giulia au but de m'occuper personnellement de l'ouverture de la maison...les personnes déléguées ne s'occupent pas de ce qu'est dans les placards, tiroirs, de la douche extérieure (bouché par les feuilles...et enlever le matériel du jardin) désolée...En tous cas merci ! A' bientôt !

Vacanze in famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero stupenda. Casa molto carina e confortevole. Posizione eccezionale. Mare e natura meravigliosi. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima l’accoglienza al check-in. Unico neo la pulizia non proprio eccezionale ma comunque accettabile e le poche sedie esterne presenti (2), le altre erano rotte. Abbiamo già data segnalazione alla proprietaria che ci ha dato immediato riscontro. Casa e location che consigliamo assolutamente per una vacanza In pieno relax!

Mi scuso per il problema delle sedie esterne che tuttavia si poteva rimediare usando quelle intorno al tavolo all'interno. Purtroppo causa Corona Virus non ho potuto recarmi a Santa Giulia per l'apertura della casa e forse non era proprio tutto perfetto! Mi fa comunque piacere che la casa e la location sia stata di vostro gradimento e mi auguro di avervi ancora come ospiti! Buona estate!

Plage magnifique séjour au top

Emplacement ideal pour visiter les plages et environs. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison. Magnifique terrasse et douche extérieure. Séjour parfait nous reviendrons !!!

Una bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel mese di Giugno io, mia figlia e il nostro amato cane Labrador. Era la nostra prima volta in Corsica ed è stata una piacevole scoperta, un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere dato che tutto è stato perfetto; la casa molto ben organizzata e accessoriata con uno spazio esterno attrezzato ed un'incantevole vista, comoda a tutti i servizi e al mare. La padrona di casa, la Signora Anna, una persona eccezionale con la quale siamo entrate da subito in sintonia. Al prossimo anno!

Grazie Signor Rota! Ho molto apprezzato le sue cortesi parole. Purtroppo per quanto riguarda IL WI-FI i costi per un singolo allaccio sono molto cari perchè bisogna sottoscrivere un abbonamento annuale di rete fissa. Io l'avevo fatto alcuni anni or sono ma purtroppo spesso succedeva che il modem non funzionava (magari solo per un temporale) con il disagio di dover recarsi a fare lunghe code a Porto Vecchio presso il negozio di Orange. Pertanto ho desistito, ma cercherò, alla prossima assemblea condominiale di capire se vi fosse la possibilità di installare una linea che serva le case dei privati. La saluto cordialmente

Séjour très agréable à Santa Giulia

Maison idéalement située (plage à pied avec 2 enfants de 4 ans) dans un hameau très calme début juillet. La location est très bien équipée, propre et conforme à la description, la terrasse ombragée est très agréable et nous en avons profité à tous nos repas. Toutes les commodités sont proches de la maison, dépôt de pain, petits super marchés, très bons restaurants, activités nautiques etc... La seule remarque serait peut-être de changer les oreillers! Je recommande cette location.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful location!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was amazing with just a few minute walk to an absolutely breath taking beach! There are a couple of fun restaurants along the water that were so nice. The location in cozy Santa Guilia was just perfect for our family. Our two young boys loved the beach path, and little hikes along the beach. Good value for the price! Smooth check in and check out!

Splendida villa immersa nel verde, nell'ombra della collina a pochi passi dal mare. Fornita di tutto ciò sia necessario con spazio all'esterno per pranzare e rilassarsi in serenità. Area molto silenziosa, tranquilla e la proprietà è disponibilissima e gentilissima.

Perfect holiday

The house is very spacious and perfectly equipped. Everything was clean and worked well. The neighbourhood was very quiet and it takes only a few minutes to reach the beach. The assistance by the renter/agent was very obliging. We definitely will come again.

Tranquillita' e comodita' ad un passo dall'acqua

Villetta pulitissima, immersa nel verde in zona tranquillissima pur essendo a due minuti dal mare di Santa Giulia. Il terrazzo- giardino cintato completamente credo sia unico nella zona ed è stato perfetto per i miei due cani, liberi di uscire da casa senza disperdersi nel parco. La fiduciaria della proprietaria ci ha accolti molto gentilmente e quando è sorto un problema in casa si è attivata immediatamente risolvendolo in mezza giornata con l'intervento del factotum Alfonso, di origine sarda, simpaticissimo e disponibile. La casa è comodissima e abbastanza fornita. C'è addirittura l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, ma devo dire che rimane molto fresca anche senza grazie alle grandi finestre che danno sul terrazzo e alle ventole a soffitto, ed è stato sufficiente accendere il condizionamento qualche decina di minuti prima di coricarsi per stare benissimo. In definitiva : location assolutamente consigliabile per comodita' sia interna che esterna: l'anno prossimo saro' sicuramente di nuovo li'...

A great Holiday experience: PRO: - Nice and well equipped house with anything you Need - Air condition and fan in both bed rooms and living room - Nice terrace with outdoor shower place and huge Barbecue grill - Probably the most beautiful beach ever in comfortable walking distance - Don't miss a trip to Bonificacio - Definitely do a guided canyoning tour in the Alta Rocca mountain - Perfect wheather but still refreshing water temperature CON: - Almost too hot this year - Burn coffee powder (!) to chase bees and other insects - Start early, the beach can be very crowded (still nice in the water though!)

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, mit kleinem Garten und viel Privatsphäre. Es hat alles funktioniert und war sehr sauber. Von der Reservation bis zur Übergabe hat alles sehr gut geklappt und die Ansprechperson vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Uns allen (2 EW, 2 KI) hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen. Der schöne Sandstrand war sehr nah, leider ist der Strand nicht sehr gross und bereits im Juni sehr gut besucht.

Excellente location, clim dans toutes les pièces pas négligeable vu la température!!!. Super terrasse ombragée et la baie de santa giulia à 2 miniute à pied. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour vivement qu'on y retourne!!!

Villa veramente bella in ...

Villa veramente bella in un contesto splendido, in una delle più belle baie della Corsica. Spiaggia vicinissima, con un mare caraibico. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la telefonata della proprietaria, la sera del ns. arrivo,per sapere se era tutto ok. Una finezza, secondo noi, non da tutti. Se dovessimo ritornare in Corsica, sceglieremmo ancora la stessa location.

"La maison est très agréable. La mer est tout proche, avec une plage magnifique. Seule réserve : le lave-vaisselle est très vieux, et fuit, donc pas utilisé pendant le séjour. Pour le reste, rien à die, c'est parfait pour une petite famille."

What makes this property unique

We have selected this house because it 's a single family house, furthermore we have appreciated the big terrace that we have improved with some flowerbeds where we have planted bouganvilleas, lantanas, roses, succulents. The house is enclosed by a wall and allows you to live in liberty hall. Our son and our dogs have enjoied this terrace and we were relaxed because we were sure that they will not have the possibility to go outside. We have choosen this house because is very close to the beach and we have found that for babys the n earness is very comfortable.
