This second floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and over 2,000 square feet of luxury! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, carpet, tile and wood blinds throughout. The complex has a beautiful pool, spa and fitness area. (Our condo is not utilized for short term rentals and minimum 31 day stay is required)

Mark and Trudy's place is simply wonderful

It was our second home for 4 months and we loved every minute. It was clean, well-maintained, well-stocked, perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping, great balcony for watching frustrated golfers throw their clubs :-). Mark and Trudy were wonderful to work with - responded to every need immediately. Honestly, the best rental we've ever done!

A true and true Home away from Home

This "sun kissed " , beautiful town home was everything we were hoping for : homey. Great owners. Close to everything from walking distance to market to five minutes drive to Kierland Commons. An outdoor mall with brand name stores , quaint little eating places, restaurants, antique shops and benches to rest and watch kids, four legged kids and people pass by .
