Turnberry neighborhood in Pelican Sound, Estero FL. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in pristine condition. Large dining/living room area, and fully stainless steel applianced kitchen.

Tiled and carpeted floors, comfy leather and microfiber furniture, lovely lanai. Overlooks water on golf course, view across the water to aqua driving range. Short walk to golf, tennis, fitness center. Large community pool next door, with grills, hot tub - everything you need for a wonderful time in Southwest Florida.

A short drive to Coconut Point mall, Shopping Outlets, Germain Arena.

Large flat screen TV in living room, additional flat screen TVs in bedrooms. A great neighborhood, walking trails, bike paths nearby.

Lounge chair, as well as dinette set on lanai. Beautiful views of birds, trees, water, and distant golf views.

Elevator a short distance from front door, so no need to use stairs if that's an issue.

Golf and tennis privileges available for an additional fee. 27 holes of golf, 6 Tru-court tennis courts on site.

Master bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has brand new queen bedroom set. Ample closet and storage space.

Full dining room tables, and breakfast bar.

We live in Maine year-round, we visit our piece of paradise for a few weeks each year, and rent out our condo to one couple - same folks every year Jan-Mar. We are hard-working folks, and have found the people of Pelican Sound friendly and welcoming, and the amenities second to none in the area.

Why they chose this property

The people, the tremendous maintenance of the overall property; the views from this condo are awesome, you can sit on lanai and watch the wildlife in the water or watch the golfers on the driving range

What makes this property unique

Optional ability to purchase golf and tennis privileges for your stay. The condo is immaculate, several rooms just repainted, and a brand new AC unit this year. It's available starting April 1, Pelican Sound rules require a ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL
