I would avoid this property at all costs. When we arrived, the unit was 90 degrees with no working air conditioner. No working internet. A fridge full of old expired food, no joke mayonnaise from 2019. The owner who lives in Canada was an absolute joke. When I called him upset about the air, he actually told me, he didn’t have time to deal with it. If I wanted to leave go ahead. Not understanding that after a long day of travel, the unit not being ready was extremely frustrating. So to recap, No internet, no air conditioning, dishwasher was full of dishes and the worst customer service you could imagine. I actually took pictures of the disgusting rust and mildew covered air handler, and more pictures of all the old food. Owner could care less. Actually told us he would comp us 2 days on our next stay. What a joke. Run away from this one. One last thing, I golfed with a couple board members from the community and he isn’t supposed to rent for less than a month at a time. Unless you want to start your vacation as a property manager, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great place! Close to everything!

Stayed here in December 2015. The condo was extremely clean and tidy, spacious and had all the necessary big and small kitchen appliances as well. Very child friendly with a park within the resort, as well as pools, gym, tennis courts etc. We were a short drive from many beaches as well as shopping outlet malls. Would definitely recommend.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at Stoneybrook! The condo was perfect for us. Loved the open kitchen area. Bedrooms and baths were very nice also. Washer dryer was nice to have. The pool was wonderful big and kids had a ball. The kids were never bored..... Swimming, tennis, basketball, baseball, jungle gym, hockey, biking, workout facility and more too much to write. The men loved the golf course and the restaurant in the club house Duffy's was awesome. Shopping was great, so much close by. I mean a lot of shopping, several malls within 5 miles. We will definitely come back again.
