Lovely house in Tellaro, private garden in front of the sea!

Our lovely house is a dependence of an ancient villa, surrounded by a private garden rich with holm-oaks and cluster pines, a few steps away from one of the most wonderful rocks of the eastern point of the Gulf of the Poets. It's a perfect family house, very well equipped for children. The house, set on two levels, is divided as follows: the ground floor is an open space with living area, kitchen and a nice fireplace. On this floor there is also a small bathroom. From the ground floor you can get directly into a large terrace (25 m²) which is on the same level of the big garden and furnished with a lawn swing, table and chairs for 8 people. On the first floor, mansard roof, there are two bedrooms. On the back of the house there is a private car park for two cars. The lawn around the house is really spectacular and particularly suitable for children who can play safely, while the parents can enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace. P.S. The house is usually lived by the owner.
