Please note that due to legal regulations, the current municipal tax in Catalonia is €1.75 per person over 16 years of age per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. This rate will change to €2.50 per person per night on April 1, 2027.
The overnight tax is not included in the booking and will be collected in cash upon check-in.

The Jover Apartment, suitable for guests aged 25 and over, is a 120-square-meter apartment with four double bedrooms. This spacious apartment can accommodate 8-10 people and boasts a prime beachfront location! The bathrooms are spacious and attractive, with one bathroom featuring a bathtub and another with a shower. The Jover Apartment also features a large 40-square-meter living/dining room with a fantastic and spacious terrace offering stunning views of the sea and the beach. The kitchen is large, spacious, and well-equipped, with an induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, French press, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for your holiday. The Jover apartment is equipped with all the basic kitchen utensils for your holiday. BEDS: All beds are provided with a clean mattress and mattress protector, a fitted sheet, a bedspread or coverlet, a blanket, and a pillow with its protector and pillowcase. (At the end of your stay, please leave all sheets on your respective beds.) Final cleaning is not mandatory in this property; the house will be provided clean and must be returned clean and free of trash.

Great apartment with a very nice view

The apartment is excellent with lots of rooms and two bathrooms. It is placed right in the centre of town with a wonderful view to the Mediterranean and only 40 m from the beach. Distance to restaurants is diminutive, shopping facilities are in abundance. A coupple of improvements could be wanted. Salt and pepper in the kitchen, and a shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. Otherwice everything is perfect.

Beatiful view and good apartment

The apartment is very close to the beach, and has 4 sleeping rooms with enough space for 8 persons. The kitchen was ok, theres no dishwasher and the hot water was sometimes hot and sometimes only warm. The view from the balcony directly on the beach is perfect and we enjoyed it a lot. The 2 bathrooms were clean and were ok. The surroundings of the apartment were very loud (people on the streets/other apartments in the building) especially at night, but it was exactly as we expected it, because its in the center and really close to everything which is a big plus for the apartment. There were a lot of clubs and bars nearby (also on the beach) and inside the apartment we also got a map on which all important spots like supermarkets or restaurants were marked which was pretty helpful. All in all a big recommendation for the flat from us!

Sehr schöner Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und zentral gelegen. Alles was man braucht, kann man fußläufig erreichen. Von der großen Terrasse kann man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die Matratzen und Kopfkissen, sehr bequem, man wacht erholt auf. Vielen Dank an Toni, der uns trotz stundenlanger Verspätung (Flug und Leihwagen) mitten in der Nacht empfangen hat!

Perfect appartement

Een prima appartement met vooral een uitstekende ligging dichtbij het stadscentrum en de uitgaansgelegenheden. Het huis is goed verzorgd en had alles wat wij nodig hadden. Wij hebben heerlijk kunnen zitten op het balkon uitkijkend over de zee die letterlijk aan de overkant zat. Toni (de huisbaas) was ook zeer aardig en hielp meteen als er iets was, echt top. Ik beveel dit appartement dan ook zeker aan voor uw vakantie naar Lloret!

Sehr gute Wohnung, beste Lage !!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, beste Lage direkt am Strand, sehr gute Aussicht, direkt auf die Promenade, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung. Viele Geschäfte und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage direkt in der Nähe, Ausflugziele sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke für schöne Ferien! Квартира очень большая, расположена с видом на пляж и набережную, чистая и функциональная обстановка. Очень хороший и дружелюбный арендодатель . Множество магазинов, ресторанов и автостоянка в подземном гараже рядом, экскурсионные места многочисленны. Мы обязательно вернемся! Благодарим за приятный отдых!

Ottima posizione ma la casa è abbastanza brutta

La posizione è perfetta, davanti la spiaggia principale e vicinissima alla via delle discoteche. Il salone è grande e luminoso ma le camere sono davvero brutte. Non funziona la caldaia, quindi era sempre un problema fare la doccia. Inoltre non c'erano le lenzuola, e per averle bisognava pagare 15€ in più per ciascun letto (assurdo)

Belle appartement meme Si plus tout jeune . Il est fonctionnel . Pas de machine à laver mais lavomatique juste dans une rue derrière . Propreté correct . Propriétaire très gentil ! Le moins c est le bruit de la ville ( nous on habite la campagne )

Appartement en centre ville devant la mer, "très grand", 2 salles de bain. Agréable avec sa terrasse avec vu sur mer. Il est proche des commerces et des restaurants. Ville très animée. Toni est à votre service, toujours disponible, bon contact, et très sympathique. Vraiment à recommander.

Tutto perfetto

La casa corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto del sito, molto grande spaziosa e pulita, comoda, di fronte alla spiaggia, e a pochi passi da negozi bar ristoranti e locali. Il proprietario molto gentilmente ci ha dato alcuni consigli, per esempio, dove conveniva fare la spesa, dove potevamo mangiare una buona paella o semplicemente il tabaccaio più conveniente, è stato molto gentile e professionale. Consiglio a tutti il soggiorno in questo appartamento anche per il prezzo molto basso in confronto alla qualità che offre.

Cet appartement est super, il est grand confortable, moderne, et surtout idéalement situé! Il y a juste à traverser la rue pour aller à la plage , il est proche du centre-ville et des boites. Le propriétaire est disponible et très aimable, je conseille vivement cet appartement pour les jeunes mais aussi les familles!

Superbe appartement

Appartement spacieux et idéalement placé. Le séjour et la terrasse le rendent très agréable à vivre. Le confort est bon pour 8 personnes et les équipements fonctionnent correctement. L'appartement est bien entretenu.

Appartement qui correspond parfaitement pour des jeunes pour s'amuser dans lloret del mar Il est idéalement situé en plein centre ville et en face de la mer. En ce qui concerne les équipements, tout est à disposition pour passer de bonnes vacances. (cuisines en bon état, wifi excellent. Par contre, il est très peu lumineux en ce qui concerne les chambres, sur certains points la propreté laisse à désirer (canapé à changer) mais rien de très conséquent.

Nous avons loué l'appartement pour 1 semaine. Ce fut vraiment parfait ! Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour sa situation proche de tout et pour sa terrasse. Pas de déception l'appartement était identique à la description : propre et confortable avec une superbe terrasse. Vraiment idéal et spatieux !!!

Perfect

When we arrived at the appartement it was very clean. We had a little chat with Toni and he told us about nice places to visit. The appartement was pretty big and we had no problems whatsover. The situation was perfect, we were very close to a grocery story and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. We had a wonderful stay in the appartement! You should really consider this appartement, I don't think you get an appartement like this for the same price.
