The apartment is located in a pedestrian zone, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, the ferry terminal for the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, and Portofino, and the Mirabello marina. From the train station, you can reach the Cinque Terre in 10 minutes using the frequent local trains; you can purchase the Cinque Terre Card directly at the station, at the National Park offices.
We are located in the heart of La Spezia’s historic centre, in a prestigious building overlooking the central Via del Prione—a shopping hub—and on the corner of the renowned Piazza del Mercato, where you can find fresh fruit and vegetables, the day’s catch, meat, clothing, and more every day.
Just a short walk away, you can visit important museums such as the Amedeo Lia Museum, the Seal Museum, the Naval Museum, and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (Camec). On the ground floor of our building, we have a bar available to our guests where, upon request, breakfast can be served, including room service.
