Perfekt Paris Appartment

Absolutely fantastic stay! The fully equipped apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly as in the pictures. Perfect location - quiet and close to amazing bakeries. The Moisands were wonderful hosts with great communication. Can't wait to return!

Gracious hosts

We liked everything about the apartment: comfortable & fully equipped, a 5-10 minute walk to a G-20 store for groceries (a little further to a Monoprix), a nearby metro stop (20-25 minutes to the main sites of Paris. We enjoyed the walking around the "vide grenier" the one Sunday that we were there. Most of all, Daniel & Genevieve were so gracious & warm that we felt welcomed as friends or family. Grand merci !

I stayed here my my 2 sisters for a week in April. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Amazing neighborhood bakery. Very near to the metro stop, a quick walk will get you anywhere in Paris without problems. The apartment is roomy, clean, and just right for 3 people. Everything you need to cook a delicious meal is at your fingertips. Daniel even left us a delicious bottle of wine from his home county in France and it was the best wine of our entire trip! If we were lucky enough to visit Paris again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

100% Perfect Apartment & Hosts

My wife and I stayed for one month. This is a great place to stay in Paris and we would certainly stay here again. We took 2 small side trips during the month and it was very convenient to just leave with a backpack for a few days and then arrive back in Paris and have everything waiting for us. The apartment is well appointed, extremely clean, and very close to the metro. Daniel and his wife met us on the first day to go over everything, greeted us with a bottle of wine, and then called a few days later to make sure we had settled in ok. Thank you very much for such a lovely rental in Paris. I give a Five Star Superior rating to the Hosts and their apartment.

Wonderful appartment

Very kind hosts, very good equipped (especially the kitchen), nice furnitured and comfortable appartment. The only thing was the sleeping couch: Either we did something wrong or our opinion is that only two little kids or only one adult could sleep on the couch, because everything concentrates on the middle after a while. We were happy to have an air filled matrace with us on purpose. The matrace in the sleepingroom was very comfortable. A nice to have was the fan. The metro is only 7 minutes away. Supermarket, bakery, cafes, parcs and restaurants near by. We would fully recommend this appartment.

Très bel appartement, situé dans une rue calme et charmante de Belleville. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, l’appartement est vaste, tout équipé, le lit si confortable! Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et demeurent joignables si nécessaire. Et aussi: merci Daniel et Geneviève pour la très bonne bouteille de vin offerte, une si gentille attention! Quand nous retournerons à Paris, c’est chez vous que nous voulons séjourner!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. L’appartement était conforme à l’annonce et bien situé: plusieurs commerces à proximité (épiceries, boulangeries, pâtisseries, etc.) et station de métro à moins de 10 min. de marche. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour!

Volle Empfehlung

Wir haben eine Woche in Paris verbracht und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, man findet einen voll ausgestatteten Haushalt vor! Das Bett ist bequem und es gibt genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und Koffer. Zudem viel Literatur über Paris u. a., sogar in unterschiedlichen Sprachen. Das Zentrum ist über die Metro-Linie 11 sehr gut zu erreichen, zur Station Jourdain sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Herzlichen Dank an Genevieve und Daniel für den warmherzigen Empfang.

Wohnung ideal für einen Paris-Urlaub

Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich sehr freundlich beim Check-in empfangen. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet gewesen, mit mehr als man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut gelegen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein erhöhten Aussichtspunkt, wo man direkt Blick auf den Eiffelturm hat. Bäckereien, mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und die Metrostation sind fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Daniel ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt um Paris zu erkunden. Die Metro ist in der Nähe, Bäcker, Läden und Restaurants auch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung aber nur für 2, maximal 3 Personen. Die Matratze auf dem sehr alten Schlafsofa wurde zwar wohl erneuert. Doch die Art Lattenrost ist so alt, dass es in der Mitte durchhängt und jeder in die Mitte fällt. Zudem ist es nicht für größere Menschen geeignet (höchstens 1,90 m Liegelänge mit Begrenzung hinten). Zwei Personen können dort unmöglich schlafen. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Einschätzungen, möchten jedoch noch einige Dinge zum Schlafsofa klären, das nicht so alt ist, da es 7 Jahre alt ist und nicht regelmäßig verwendet wird. Die Matratze wurde gewechselt, sie ist sogar neu (im Sommer gekauft). Ich verstehe, dass es für sehr große Menschen wie Sie kein maximaler Komfort ist, aber die Maße sind in der Anzeige deutlich angegeben und wir haben sie Ihnen per E-Mail bestätigt. Außerdem schlafen dort oft die Kinder... Wir bedauern, dass Ihre Nächte nicht besser waren und hoffen, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt deswegen nicht in schlechter Erinnerung behalten. Spacious, clean, quiet

This was a perfect place to stay for my daughter and me. Daniel and his wife greeted us and explained how everything worked and even left us a bottle of wine; Daniel was also very responsive when I had questions before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We liked the location as well--fewer tourists, plenty of cafes, boulangeries, and markets, with the metro less than 10 minutes' walk. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great property!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The hosts were very nice and welcoming and the property was clean and well equipped. It was perfect for 4 people. Also, it was 5 minutes walk away from a metro station so we could easily get around the city.

Wir hatten noch nie eine schönere Ferienwohnung ! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat an alles gedacht, was ein Gast braucht: von einer bestens ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu Nadel und Faden, dazu eine interessante Paris-Bibliothek. Die Wohnung ist gut an Métro und Busse angebunden, mehrere Supermärkte sind in Fußentfernung. Unbedingt zu empfehlen !

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Paris Trip

Die kleine Wohnung mitten im20ten Bezirk ist nur 5min von der Metro entfernt. Mit der Metro fährt man direkt und unkompliziert mitten nach Paris rein. In der Umgebung der Wohnung findet man viele Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Cafes und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist mit mehr als allem Notwendigen ausgestattet - Es ist herrlich ruhig und sauber. WLAN lief perfekt (2 Personen konnten gleichzeitig am Laptop arbeiten). Durch den Tiefgaragenplatz gab es keine Parkplatzprobleme.

Perfect base for exploring Paris

This is a one-bedroom appartment with a spacious living room and well equipped kitchen on a quiet street in Belleville. Comfortable and Clean

We visited Paris for a week and this was a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet with several restaurants. Bakeries and grocery stores. One market was open Sunday and New Year's day which was unexpected (and helpful). The apartment is a few blocks to the Jourdain metro stop which is a straight shot to the Chatelet stop, a short walk to Notre Dame. The apartment is also within walking distance to Père la Chaise cemetery. We had a great time and were glad to have a nice place to stay.
