At your disposal, nearby, an 11x5m swimming pool with pool house and shaded terrace, surrounded by stone walls, to make you spend a real peaceful holiday in a cheerful and welcoming countryside under the sun of the South West. Covering an area of 20 hectares, the isolated property, located in a hilly countryside where orchard and vegetable garden (in natural exploitation), wood and pasture meet, at the crossroads of famous wine regions such as St Emilion, Pomerol and historic sites like Bergerac, Sarlat, the Bastides and the Cathar castles. You will also be seduced by the picturesque markets with the gastronomic specialties of the region, such as foie gras, truffles, prunes and various fruits. (for lovers of small pond fishing in the area)
