Large stone-built farmhouse (480 m2) completely restored farmhouse, situated inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti in a peaceful and panoramic position amidst the vineyards and gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m a.s.l.) between Siena and Florence. An attentive restoration work has brought the farmhouse back to its ancient splendor. The house is characterized by a garden and equipped outdoor areas (portable barbecue), equipped loggia, fenced swimming pool "L"-shaped (12x8) (01/05-13/10). Included in the price 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Friday included, baby bed (to be requested when booking), wi-fi internet connection. To request at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot: domestic help extra hours, cook. It is possible to purchase the estate produce. Possibility of guided tasting tours of the medieval cellar with wine and olive oil produced on the estate. 2 parking areas inside the property. Central heating. Access through 300 m of dirt track road.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor.LOCATION: 7 km Castellina in Chianti (grocery shops, tennis), 10 km Monteriggioni (fascinating walled town), 16 km Poggibonsi (any kind of shops), 23 km Siena, 26 km San Gimignano, 55 km Florence.

Great stay!

Beautiful villa with ample space for at least 12-14 people. Great service, daily pool service and cleaning. Worth the cost!

From an easy check-in with Francesca until we sadly departed everything was perfect. The rooms are as you see them on line. The layout makes it feel like each bedroom is its own apartment. The pool was welcoming albeit a little cool in September. The views over the hills of Tuscany was a dream come true. We even did a visit to the Lilliano winery with tasting. Our at home dinner with ‘take a chef’ Bartolo was a highlight and would recommend trying it…menu extensive and varied— all delicious. We were a family of 3 generations from different parts of US and all thought that getting together at the villa was a wonderful experience. Would love to come again!!

Séjour sympa, les personnes qui travaillent sur place très agréables et sympathique. Nous avons eu une bouteille de vin rouge et d’huile d’olive à notre arrivée. Maison spacieuse et agréable. Dommage que climatisation soit tombée en panne la moitié du séjour sois 35c et qu’il y ait eu des coupures d’électricité la nuit

Wunderschöne Villa im Herzen der Toskana

Wir waren 12 Personen (3 Familien) und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Pool wurde für uns sogar früher eingelassen. Die Villa ist wunderschön im toskanischen Stil erbaut. Super Abwicklung mit Ankunft und Abreise. Das Haus wurde sogar beheizt und es war sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter kümmerten sich um unsere Anliegen unglaublich schnell und freundlich. Wir sind absolut begeistert und können diese Villa absolut empfehlen. Ein ganz kleines Manko war vielleicht die Sauberkeit .

Tolle Villa in traumhafter Alleinlage. Schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer und genügend Platz im Haus, um auch ungestört zu sein. Der Tisch im Freisitz könnte für 12 Personen noch etwas größer sein. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub mit 4 Generationen. Alles wunderbar

Perfect location, beautiful, very clean and comfortable

We had a lovely time in this house, which is perfectly located, comfortable, clean and charming. Management company is very helpful and responsive. Pool is gorgeous (and has a fence).. We definitely recommend. Only downside was that oven and dishwasher were not working well, but as soon as it will be replaced it will be absolutely perfect.
