Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
All used linens and towels can be placed on the lower level near exit door.
Food can remain in frig but please take trash to large outdoor cans provided.
Please turn off all lights and a/c units.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Weekly use of laundry room at no charge for stays of 2 weeks+ Otherwise, fee of $35 per load upon request.
2. Only those individuals appearing on rental agreement are permitted on property. No parties or gatherings permitted.
3. No items may be removed from the property other than beach towels and beach equipment to be checked out by property manager.

We are Brent and Lisa Grams from Overland Park, Kansas which is just outside of Kansas City, Missouri. ( And yes, we are most definitely proud fans of Patrick MaHomes and the Kansas City Chiefs!)

We both grew up in the same small town in Missouri but didn't meet until much later in life. After our wedding in 2001, we had our first son at ages 38 and 45 and our second three years later. (what in the world were we THINKING?!)

My husband has a traveler's soul and a dreamer's heart, and so began his Roatan journey over 25 years ago. It was on a dive trip that he encountered destiny...a lonely 'lot for sale' sign nestled in the white sands of West Bay Beach, which at the time appeared nearly desolate from the water. What a leap of faith!

With unwavering determination, Brent purchased the lot and began construction on his first house. At the time, it was the only visible residence on West Bay beach and still stands next to the Henry Morgan resort, serving as it's flagship restaurant.

It was a very popular rental home and we enjoyed years of hosting our wonderful guests from around the world. However, as the beach grew in popularity, we decided to retreat just a bit - in favor of more peace and privacy. And let's face it, to get away from the constant task of managing sandy messes, voracious insects, loud music and relentless vendors!

Despite the never ending challenges and unjustifiable expense of building and maintaining a home on a remote island, the love we have for Roatan and it's wonderful people has been the richest reward we could have ever imagined and has made it all worth while.

When you stay at Casa Pagoda, you get a team to help make your stay as care-free as possible. As part time residents since the mid-90's, we have built a "family" of locals - some whom we have known since teenagers! Our team is devoted and takes excellent care of our guests...like they would family. From Banjo and Orlando at the airport who will make your arrival a breeze, to our caretaker Gabriel who will do just about anything else you need. He will pick you up at the airport or help you get a rental car, stop at the market and get settled into the house. He is delighted to take you on island excursions to some of the hidden gems which are off the beaten path...show you the underbelly for the most authentic experience. His lovely sister, Rosemary is also a guest favorite and is happy to cook for you ! And our many friends who work at Beacher's will welcome you with open arms when you tell them where you are staying! Have no doubt that you will be in good hands when you stay at Casa Carnival!!
