This modern upstairs apartment is a relief in building style and finish and the materials used are of high quality. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the open kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. The tastefully decorated living room has satellite TV and internet. Great home away home.

The property was exactly as it was listed. It was modern, clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Philippe was very friendly at communicating with me. I would definitely return again and would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Lomas de Cabo Roig. Thanks for the hospitality.

Fantastic holiday

We returned to this apartment as it was so good. The communication with the owner and property manager was easy and responsive. The apartment is excellent, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, very clean and in a great location. The roof terrace is the wow factor and we enjoyed lounging up there in the sunshine. The balcony was also a lovely sunny place to have breakfast. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to stay there again.

Property was great but air conditioning unit in lounge didnt work. Needs to be more information on local area in english, thought car was a requirement. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Upstairs apartment

Nearly Excellent good location. Very helpful in letting book another 2 nights. Wi-Fi would be good upstairs- frustrating we had to keep coming downstairs to connect. Air con in the lounge had to keep opening the door to let the breeze through. Would consider staying again as we r looking to buy a house in the near future.

Really nice, well appointed apartment in a lovely complex. Perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday

The penthouse apartment was lovely, modern, spacious and clean and easily accommodated a family of five with everything we needed. The sun terrace is great and we spent most evenings sitting up there eating and relaxing.. The communal pools are really nice, well looked after and perfect to relax in. There is a supermarket across the road and bars and a few restaurants very close by. The only down side, particularly if you don’t have a car, is that you need to walk about a kilometre or so to get to the beach along a road with no pavement but the beach is lovely when you get there, with more restaurants along the main strip. I would recommend this apartment if you want to relax in peaceful and pleasant surroundings and don’t mind a bit of a walk to the beach.

Oasis Hill apartment

Clean and spacious apartment. Owner very easy to communicate with and prompt replies. Beds are comfortable and a well equiped apartment. The gated community is tidy with two pool areas, somehow a bit strict rules in the pool area where some of the neighbours like to have siestas without to much noise ( was not noisy at all ). Maschi across the road with nice selection of beer from the country making the best beer. Aldi has now moved and been replaced by Overseas (british import), but you can get hold of one sort of fresh baguettes every morning. Lomas de Cabo Roig has recently years seen a good development in opportunities when it comes to restaurants. Overall a property to be recommended.

Agréable séjour

L'appartement est propre et spacieux et conforme aux photos. Les piscines sont chaudes et nous étions souvent seul a nous baigner Le quartier est tranquille Le soir ou les restaurants et les bars sont souvent animés d'un groupe de musiciens. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Cabo Roig , nous y retournerons.

Self catering apartment with hotel touches

This apartment is a real hidden gem. Communication with the owners was fantastic and accommodated every request without any issues. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and within a few minutes walk from bars, great choice of restaurants and there is a supermarket across the road. Visit Slainte for amazing cocktails. The lucky lion has singers of a good standard every night. Back to the apartment..,,the hotel touches of towels, beach towels, sunshades, sun chairs, kitchen bits such as washing liquids the little things made us feel so welcome. If you want to visit the beach with children you will need a car as it’s not possible to walk especially in the heat but having a car provided us with the opportunity to visit so many beautiful beaches in Mil Pameras, Lo Pagan, Torrevejca and Pillar. Apartment is 45 minutes from Alicante. Swimming pool on site is gorgeous however the only downside is that you cannot take chairs to sit around the pool but that doesn’t spoil this amazing property. You will not regret booking this place.

A great 2 weeks, it flew by

We all had a great 2 weeks here at this property. it has all that you need. The pool on-site is great, but the jacuzzi is still not working? same in 2019. This I assume is down to the site maintenance people. Fantastic for shops and restaurant's and close enough to the airports. Thank you will come again.

Fantastic Aparment

Clean modern aparment with a beautiful out door pool. Apartment has a hugh rooftop to enjoy the sunshine all day. Short walk to great bars and restuarants. Regular entertainment on in the Lucky Lion. We also loved Maria Lemon, brilliant cocktails watching the sun go down. Sky Bar was also another of our favourites. Bar manager Richard is especially friendly. Overseas supermarket only meters from apartment but expensive. Handy for heavy items but to find a Spanish supermarket is about 30 - 40 mins walk. Also beaches from the apartment is also approx. 40min walk. We loved it as we are fairly fit and loved seeing the area by foot. We would definately recommend a car if visitin with elderly or children who love the beach. Will return!!

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very well presented and equipped with the wow factor being the amazing roof terrace. The area is fabulous, very clean with a supermarket across the road, pubs and restaurants nearby. Our favourite bar was La Cueva, a small Spanish bar which offers coffees, drinks and amazing tapas. A minibus runs regularly between Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin. I would recommend the apartment and hope to return. We didn't want to leave.

Clean, modern and well positioned apartment

A lovely clean and modern apartment very close to British Supermarket and a selection of bars and restaurants. Situated within an immaculately kept complex with two beautiful swimming pools. Gated community so private and quiet. Highly recommend.

Durante nuestra estancia el hogar fue espectacular. Magníficas instalaciones y con una piscina increíble. Un lugar tranquilo e ideal para ir con pareja, en familia o amigos. Zona tranquila y no ruidosa. Sin embargo, la próxima vez que reservemos aquí, agradeceríamos que hubiesen más canales nacionales (España) para ver. Rent och snyggt inne men ganska smutsigt på de två terasserna. Fick tyvärr endast en nyckel och det krävdes flera telefonsamtal samt Mail till ägaren innan vi fick en nyckel till.

Sehr schöne Penthouse Wohnung – prima für 2 Erwachsene plus Kinder

Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgestattet und eingerichtet – alles farblich aufeinander abgestimmt. Zentrale Lage mit Supermarkt in der Nähe – 3 Minuten Fußweg. Zun den Golfplätzen Las Ramblas und Campoamor nur 10langsame Autominuten. Tolle Plätze ⛳️👍 nette Betreuung durch Besitzer, E-Mails wurden sofort beantwortet. Danke!!!
