Good if you don’t mind the noise

The apartment is located on the second floor of a pretty dated building, the stairs are pretty steep which made transporting suitcases pretty challenging. Location is pretty convenient and overlooks the city, it can get very windy at night being on the top of the hill, overall the apartment was decent. It’d be more convenient if the management could improve the check in process so the guests don’t need to lug their suitcases to another location. The other thing we found was the appliances in the kitchen also looked dated and defected which deterred us from using them.

Where’s the soap?

Not enough soap and no response to get soap. Not enough linens to make the number of beds advertised and no response to getting more linens. Outlets that do not work and two lamps that do not work very dark. Not enough heat and extra heaters that were supplied kept tripping breakers. Location was good, but certainly not for disabled.

Great location

Beautiful apartment in Principe Reel. Clean, light, airy. Huge windows and doors to open and see the city. Close to shopping great food and a playground for little ones. An additional fan or ac would be great for this apartment as it gets a bit noisy at night with cars coming up the hill and electric scooters being parked and or knocked over outside of the building. A party took place in the building at 3am which was unfortunate seeing as there were signs all over the building stating quiet hours beginning at 10pm and respecting your neighbors. This had nothing to do with the owners of the apartment, however, wanted to let them know so that they could address as a friendly reminder to the other owners of the building.

Mixed bag.

First impressions of the property were a bit disappointing. The kitchen has very dangerous electrical and plumbing above the sink. The bathroom is tiny and very tired. The main bedroom is spacious and lovely as was the lounge. We had to get the keys from a managing agent that is a good 15 minute drive from the apartment which isn’t ideal when travelling with family and luggage. We then had an unfortunate encounter with a number of large cockroaches when we returned from a day out on our 2nd day. We didn’t feel we could stay in the property because of this and had to quickly find a hotel very late at night with our 3 children. We communicated this to the managing agent the next morning and have not received any response which is very disappointing. Great location but the cockroaches really ruined the stay for us and we because of this we wouldn’t recommend.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral man erreicht viele gute Lokale und Locations von dort. Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man eine steile Treppe hoch mit einem großen Koffer eine kleine Herausforderung. Da es ständig viele Stufen zu bewältigen gibt, empfiehlt sich bequemes Schuhwerk für die Stadtbesichtigung.

Gut gelegene und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

as Bett (Matratze) war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und enthält alles was man braucht. Schön sind außerdem die Stuckdecken und die Holzfußböden. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell in guten Restaurants und auch zur U-Bahn ist es nicht weit. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 25 m entfernt. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert.”

We were met at the airport by the very friendly João. This was perfect for us as he brought us straight to our apartment. João was very informative and the apartment locaton was superb.
