Marco is a great host and checked in with us often to make sure all was well. Apartment is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, clean, and convenient to major tourist attractions. Metro stop just steps away from the front door. Marco gave us great recommendations for restaurants and grocery store within 5 minutes of the apartment. Highly recommend this rental !!

The property and the host were absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for a better home base for our stay in Rome and there was more than enough room for our family of four with two teenagers. Thank you Marco and if we return would certainly stay here again.

Loft 107 amazing. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Host Marco and his wife were kind and lots of good info for us to eat and shop. Helped us get a private driver to take us to the airport. Picked us up right in front of loft. Thank you for the awesome memories Roma. Much love 3 girls from California.

Marco met us at the location and showed us around to make sure we were comfortable with everything. He showed us a map of the city and where to eat and how to get around. Located very close to metro and buses. Walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants and stores. He also checked in on us to make sure everything was okay during the stay. A wonderful host and would highly recommend staying here. This place accommodates a family of 4 comfortably.

We were surprised about how good is the property, is even better than pictures. The location is amazing and have everything that you need. Marco help us a lot giving us directions and recommendations for good restaurants and he was accurate and everything.

Marco’s apartment is lovely, it is a brilliant location with lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the Metro is only a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is really comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet and I would highly recommend staying there.Marco is a great host and gave us lots of information on the area and good places to eat.

Simply fantastic. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Would return to rome simply to stay in this apartment again. Great neighborhood. Good supermarket couple of blocks away to buy provisions. The host was absolutely wonderful. Exceedingly helpful with superb recommendations.

The Loft was way more than expected, pictures don’t do it justice. Very spacious, design and decor was very pleasing. Marco the host was exceptional and very knowledgeable of all the areas nearby. Book this place if you get the opportunity!!! It’s definitely a home away from home.

This is a modern, clean apartment! The host was very responsive and let us drop our bags early & gave us many restaurant suggestions. The kitchen had everything-coffee, sugar, spices for cooking, hand/dish soap. The heat/AC units work well. We used the washing machine & dryer rack. Very nice sheets & towels & comfortable beds! 2 full bathrooms- each with a shower. Metro stop was very close, just down the block. Walkable to many cafes, restaurants, supermarket & Vatican area. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent property and in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the metro, 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican, and many restaurant and grocery options near by. This property was perfect for our family of five, it’s very spacious and quiet. As well, Marco was an excellent host, very friendly and provided us with a lot of very useful information for stay. We highly recommend booking property for your stay in Rome!

What a wonderful find for our stay in Rome. Extremely well-appointed, comfy beds, friendly hosts, and near Ottaviano Metro stop. Near wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. We appreciated the coffee, the cleanliness of the property, and the embroidered towels!

The apartment is spectacular. Beautifully designed, comfortable beds, lovely terrace, super functional kitchen. The hosts went above and beyond to support our first time in Rome. Very warm, communicative, and helpful. Location can’t be beat - landmarks, food, coffee all within walking distance. We hope to come back again.

A fabulous stay in Prati!

Absolutely spectacular stay in this gorgeous apartment! I felt so comfortable and right at home. The amenities within the apartment were wonderful as well as the fabulous restaurants and cafes so close by. Marco & Fabienne are the best hosts!
