LOFT 107 - VATICAN CITY/ S. PETER

From a street nearby St. Peter Cathedral, through a small door on the street, you go into a space where the astonishing effect is assured. Whoever chooses this accomodation will comfortably live in an open-space of 120 square meters, divided in two levels (street level and courtyard level), where entrance, lounge, kitchen and night accomodation, come together in a "single large space" (only the bathrooms are internal). Two large arched windows lead to a small condominium courtyard. The space has just been renovated. You will find an oasis of peace and tranquility in the city centre. A funny detail, the metal staircase connecting the two floors was retrieved from the disposal of a real boat. The Loft is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, electric water heater, washing machine, WiFi, 40 inch Tv, Netflix, iron, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.

Marco is a great host and checked in with us often to make sure all was well. Apartment is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, clean, and convenient to major tourist attractions. Metro stop just steps away from the front door. Marco gave us great recommendations for restaurants and grocery store within 5 minutes of the apartment. Highly recommend this rental !!

Marco’s apartment is lovely, it is a brilliant location with lots of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the Metro is only a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is really comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet and I would highly recommend staying there.Marco is a great host and gave us lots of information on the area and good places to eat.

This is a modern, clean apartment! The host was very responsive and let us drop our bags early & gave us many restaurant suggestions. The kitchen had everything-coffee, sugar, spices for cooking, hand/dish soap. The heat/AC units work well. We used the washing machine & dryer rack. Very nice sheets & towels & comfortable beds! 2 full bathrooms- each with a shower. Metro stop was very close, just down the block. Walkable to many cafes, restaurants, supermarket & Vatican area. Highly recommend!

The Loft was way more than expected, pictures don’t do it justice. Very spacious, design and decor was very pleasing. Marco the host was exceptional and very knowledgeable of all the areas nearby. Book this place if you get the opportunity!!! It’s definitely a home away from home.

This was an excellent property and in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the metro, 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican, and many restaurant and grocery options near by. This property was perfect for our family of five, it’s very spacious and quiet. As well, Marco was an excellent host, very friendly and provided us with a lot of very useful information for stay. We highly recommend booking property for your stay in Rome!

Marco was an excellent host! Their property was perfect for our family. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was walking distance to the Vatican, the train station and grocery store. There were so many restaurant and cafe options nearby that were not too touristy.
