Great place

We just returned from our 3rd time staying in the Villa. We had 3 other couples with us and it was very comfortable. The maid(Rosa) comes 3 times a week and Chris has a local guy(Douglas) who helped us get into the Villa when I lost the keys. February is usually about 80-85 & sunny. There are a lot of very good resturants with in walking distance. The pool is about 50' and the beach about 100' away. You won't want to leave.

Fantastic with teenagers

We are just back from a 10 days stay at this Villa #3. The Villa is a bit old but the location is perfect. When we arrived we have notice some problems (safe box didn't lock, one room air-conditionner didn't work), we called the Villa's administrator and the response was quick et efficient! Bravo. The temperature was perfect, no clouds, 31degrees, nice wind. The waves were a bit rough but perfect for good swimmers and teenagers. Many good restaurants at a walking distance.

Great Value, Awesome Location, Comforts of Home!!

We had soooo much fun here! The location of the villa made it easy to walk anywhere! We played cards on the deck and watched the pool and ocean at the same time. Rosa came and cleaned, and did our laundry--she spoke no english, but her sign language was great. We noticed the closer to the pool you get, the louder it gets--which makes this villa perfect to just slightly hear the music/bingo/horse races going on. Hotel security was also very nice to see that they lightly patrol the grounds. Down by the palapas, we got to see baby sea turtles hatch...they have a roped off area with dated markers on 'due' dates!! ...also...gotta LOVE that you don't have to deal with elevators and noisy neighbors! Would love to come back and bring my kids next time! or not...;)

You'll Like It

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 6 years. It's great ! Chris takes good care of the Villa. The maid will shop for you if you want and cleans 3 times a week. It's quiet and peaceful with plenty of palapas.

What makes this property unique

I love being steps from the pool and the ocean. It is so cenvient to go back to the Villa for forgotten sunscreen, a drink, book, anything. I can run back in my swin suit, I do not have to go thru a lobby or take an elevator.
Being ground level is the best thing ever!
