THE ACCOMMODATION:
Beautiful Penthouse high standing with over 120 m2. terrace / solarium and 340º view, and only 100 m. from the beach.
It has 100 m2 of housing distributed in three bedrooms (two doubles and one with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed convertible), two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi tub), dining-living room, kitchen integrated in the dining room and complete, with all kitchen appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, etc ...
Suitable for 8 people.
Glass gallery with terrace and full ocean view. Air conditioning in all the spaces.
Communal swimming pool.
All adapted to wheelchair including building down to the pool and / or beach.
All shops 200 m away: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, banks, shops, restaurants ...
This year, in January 2019, the train track that separated us from the beach has finally been removed: there is NO train going through it.

Appartement idealiement situé pour des vacances familiales

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, bien agencé, le solarium très appréciable. La plage est très proche et agréable. Seul bémol : le train qui passe entre la résidence et la plage. A recommander.

Clean and nice penthouse with a view

We had a week stay at this clean, nice and well-equipped apartment. We were nine persons (two families and one couple) but fitted just fine. All services were near, the stores, the farmacy, restaurants. Smaller beaches were just a short walk away. There was a very beatiful view from the balcony and terrace. The landlady was very thorough and helpful with all details when we checked in. If you have small children who take naps on daytime you should note that the local train goes by several times per hour and whistles when goes by. The pool was quite small but clean. It was also quite crowded at times. The air conditioning uses electricity quite a lot and 100 kWh is included in the rent. If you use extra electricity you must also pay extra. We hired a car and it helped to move around the coast. There was a very good restaurant near called Bar Restaurant Enrique's and we ate there two times. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We also visited Port Aventura water park which was very crowded and noisy.

Top Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet strandnah

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und es war reichlich Platz. Die Betreuung der Eigentümerin war vorbildlich. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung allen empfehlen.

Why they chose this property

We like very much this area: the beaches and creeks, the climate, the environment.
The apartment is fully renovated (2015) and is very convenient.
Besides being by the sea, it has a community pool for a few occupants.

What makes this property unique

The views of the sea and the mountains are stunning from the solarium.
Life in the glass gallery is made, with dining and sitting area with exclusive sea views.
