Over-sized beach front condo with remodeled 3BD/3BA, just steps from our beautiful South Padre Beach. Panoramic views of the blue ocean, once inside you will notice the spacious wraparound balcony of our corner unit where you can spend endless hours enjoying the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our master bedroom has ocean views and a private on-suite bathroom, a large living area, open kitchen with pantry, laundry room with full size washer & dryer and TV’s in living and all bedrooms. Ocean Vista Towers is centrally located on South Padre Island just a few blocks from everything. This twelve-story condominium complex is located on the beachfront, and all units face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It features 2 pools, hot tub, tennis court, playground, private boardwalk access to the beach and gated parking.
IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.
The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #307 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side ot the parking lot or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is NOT included.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
9. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.
10. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.
11. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will not allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

We are retired teachers from Harlingen ,TX , in the beautiful Rio Grande Valley. We’ve lived here for over 20 yrs., and visit South Padre Island often. We’ve hoped to have our own vacation home here at SPI, and we are happy to say we have our wonderful “home away from home”, that we’d like to share with you, here at the Ocean Vista Towers!!
Why they chose this property
Ocean Vista Towers is a wonderfully landscaped and maintained condominium complex, which is next to the soft sandy beach. It’s just a few steps away from our 3rd story condo. We have a fantastic eye-level view of the blue Gulf of Mexico through the wrap-around picture windows, or out on our oversized patio. We enjoy sitting on the patio watching the water and waves roll in. Strolling along the beach, finding shells, watching the occasional dolphins swim by. There’s deep-sea and bay fishing and numerous other water activities. Of course, there’s nothing that compares to the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the gulf and bay! No matter which season it is, there’s always something to do here. We love the slower pace of the SPI lifestyle, and we’d welcome you to come and relax and enjoy our condo in this tropical vacation spot!
What makes this property unique
This condo has been beautifully renovated. There is a large living area, connected to a fully- equipped kitchen. A round dining table seats 6, and there are 4 counter stools. There are three roomy bedrooms, which sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has 2 double/full beds with a bathroom en suite. The third bedroom has another king bed, with the 3rd bathroom serving as the guest bath. All baths have tiled showers and hair dryers. The laundry room has a full-sized Maytag stacked washer and dryer. There is a TV in every bedroom and the living room. There is cable TV, free wi-fi, and internet. The convenience of our condo complex is it’s in a great location: just walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, gas stations, beach shops, and water sports. Another convenience is the free city bus “The Wave”, which runs on a great schedule for those without a vehicle and goes as far as Port Isabel. This condo is recommended for families with children of all ages, adult couples’ retreats, romantic getaways, ladies and gentlemen getaways, adventure seekers, sightseers, birdwatchers, fishing galore, tourists without a vehicle, and any sun, sand, and beach lovers!
The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year.
