We had a brilliant stay. The house was perfect for 4 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The outside area is beautiful; the pool is amazing, the comfy seating area is lovely, the table tennis and table football are great... it is all wonderful! We were totally wowed by this accommodation, and Juan is a fantastic host.

Wonderful place!

Nice house, modernly equipped. You leave your car in front of the house. Nice owners who live on a higher floor (it does not interfere at all). Unforgettable view of the city and the sea! Quite close to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful private pool! Highly recommended!

This house is magnificent!!! Juan was amazing at responding quickly. You will never get used to the amount of outdoor space available to you personally!!!! The beach is approx. 20 mins away, and you literally wake up to a piece of paradise. I will recommend staying at this house to any couple (single or with children.) Gorgeous!!! The only bad part is that we didn't want to leave :( The whole house, and private terrace was super clean!!! We appreciate cleanliness above all else. Thank you Juan, we hope to stay here again 😊

Great swimming pool and outside facilities with great view

We booked 5 days stay in early June after a week in Granada. The property inside is quite basic, though clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The expansive shaded outdoor living space and pool area are quite simply brilliant and are the reason to book this property. We essentially lived outside apart from sleeping, showers and minimal cooking. The pool is a great size and the surrounding patio area is well looked after. The view from the house over towards Almuñecar and the sea are wonderful. The house is up on the hill, as are most properties with private pools. We did not have a car so walked into town daily and back up the hill. It is about 10 mins downhill to the beach (and the nearest small supermarket - Coviran) and a fairly steep walk back up (15-20 mins at a slow pace from the base of the hill) but we did it every day, including walking around the town and along stretches of beach with our two children in the heat and we found that it was fine. There are also bus options and taxis are easily available if you have a number. The owners were very responsive and answered all our questions and queries without delay. They live upstairs but seemed to be out most of the time and the properties are quite independent of eachother other than sharing the outside entry gate. I would recommend this property if you want a private pool, don't mind a bit of walking if you have no car, and want some lovely views. We would stay again.

Lovely clean villa with good size swimming pool and garden area

Distance to the beautiful town centre and beach was under 10 minutes walk, nice easy walk to the town, however on return it was more difficult... uphill, but for a fit person/family it wouldn't be a problem! I would suggest a car rental for families with small kids/disabilities. Villa is of good size with 2 bedrooms and kitchen/dining area. The outside space is amazing , with massive terrace and good size swimming pool.Water in the swimming pool was nice, I would say it could be a bit colder ☺️. Villa was equipped well, as well as the outdoor soace- loungers, shower, umbrellas, bar with outside fridge. The only suggestion for Juan woul be to install some mosqito nets in the windows, and equip the villa with the electric fan as it was too hot in the night. Good choice of restaurants around and lovely summer market with bargains. Supermarket 10-15 min walk. Communication with Juan was via emails to minimise personal contact.

El apartamento está bien, sobretodo las instalaciones (piscina, tumbonas, barbacoa) pero en invierno no se pueden aprovechar. Esta alejado del centro y no hay aceras por lo que te obliga a coger coche para todo

La barbacoa, chimenea y demás instalaciones, no las han utilizado por qué no han querido. En cuanto a lo alejado del centro, se encuentra cómo se detalla en el anuncio a unos 500 o 60 0 metros de la playa.
