In the heart of Trastevere, just a few steps from the famous Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, we offer a cozy apartment on the fourth floor (with elevator) of an early 20th-century building.
The apartment was previously renovated to ensure comfort and functionality. It features a spacious living room with a sitting and dining area, a separate work zone with desk and printer, two compact double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, a small service bathroom with window, and a well-equipped open kitchen. There is also a smart TV and fast FTTH Wi-Fi connection.
It can accommodate up to six guests: two double beds (160x200 cm), one of which can be split into two singles, and a comfortable double sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room. The bedrooms open onto the living area. One has a large window and sliding door; the other has two entrances closed with shutters. The wall between them is made of opaque glass bricks and can be darkened with curtains. The apartment is ideal for a couple, a family, or a group of friends who are comfortable sharing space and for whom privacy is not an absolute priority.
The kitchen includes a gas stove, combination oven (electric and microwave), dishes, and all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. A washing machine (available for stays of at least three nights) and iron are also provided. Heating and air conditioning are available and should be used in compliance with local regulations.
For medium to long stays, we kindly ask you to contact us before booking.
Although it is just steps away from the lively nightlife of the neighborhood, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. We ask our guests to respect the atmosphere and the residents by observing a few simple rules of courtesy: keeping noise to a minimum during rest hours (especially at night), respecting common areas, and using the elevator correctly, following the posted instructions and, of course, avoiding overloading it.

Most of the main tourist and cultural attractions of Rome can also be reached with pleasant and simple walks.
We are very flexible regarding check in and check out. Self check in is possible, early check outs, before 800am, are excluded.
