Up a beautiful hill!

Several families met up for new years with kids joining part of the time. Great central location for visiting towns in Umbria and Tuscany. House is very comfortable and heating worked fine. We also enjoyed cooking out on a wood fire. Kitchen is a bit small but perfectly adequate for preparing meals for 10 or 14 people, with two refrigerators. Beautiful view from top floor. Plenty of services and groceries nearby.

What a time it was

i could not recommend the Villa Passo del Lupo enough. We book for ten days and enjoyed every second of It. The Villa is magical and the Billiard room a Stand out pice. At first we thought that the kitchen was quite small, but we managed to feed 14 people with no problem at all. All of the Rooms are lovely. The view of beautiful Umbria can be enjoyed at the pool. Supermarkets are quiet close and bars and restaurants are located ether at the cities like Perugia ore at the Lake, wich Bothe are not far a way. And then there is the incredible team behind Passo del lupo. From Luciano whom was very helpful to Alessio, who was just lovley. He recommended a lot of places, resturants and Shops to visit and gave Wonderfull insights. He was very easy to reach and always kind and helpful. To him and his team we like to say thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

Heerlijk

Heerlijk huis, koel en ruim. Fijn zwembad en terras. Het was superheet in Italie toen wij hier waren. Het was goed uit te houden in dit huis met lekker zwembad. De eigenaar had leuke tips voor uitjes in de omgeving, ook heel actuele van dorpsfeesten. Erg leuk.

Splendida dimora

Abbiamo affittato questa splendida casa con un gruppo di amici e rispettivi figli per poter passare il capodanno insieme....e' stata un'ottima vacanza. La casa sembra un castello immerso nel bosco, uno spettacolo, dotata di tutti i comfort e adatta per una bella compagnia come la nostra. E' immersa nella natura ma comunque comoda per visitare tanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Il proprietario e' stato estremamente gentile ed e' venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Insomma....tutto perfetto!

Recently renovated private Villa (1920) in paceful Passo del Lupo, Colli del Trasimeno, Umbria. Set halfway between Rome and Florence in the region known as "The Green Heart of Italy" the stuning Villa is close to Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Todi and plenty of other artistic sites.
