Why they chose this property

The apartment is equipped to live in it. There is two rooms: the comfortable bedroom with TV , large wardrobe and two windows and the living room with two sofa bed, full kitchen, washing machine and other two windows.

The bathroom is small but functional, clean and cute (and with a window).
The apartment is on the ground floor so it is very comfortable but not very bright.

I'm working also for the internet wi-fi...in the meantime, you can come to my office!

The vaporetto's stop "San Marco - Vallaresso" is just 3 minute walking.
Basically you will be in a quiet street behind the famous St. Mark's Square!

The stop of the boat Alilaguna is at the same distance and connect San Marco directly to the Venice airport "Marco Polo".

By walking you can go to everywhere you want very quickly: you are in the city center!

The check-in after 8 pm have an extra price of 40€, after 11 pm the extra price is 80€
