Great place to stay with friends or family

Traveled to Florence for a few days with a friend of mine and this was the perfect location for us to explore the city and experience what it had to offer. Everything was within a walkable distance from the apartment and the check in process was easy, despite use arriving to the property late at night. The closest restaurant is on the ground floor right below the apartment, you can see it from the window. Overall, great place, highly recommend if with a small friend group or family of 3-4.

Perfect location!!

We enjoyed a very short stay in Florence. Annalisa and the apartment were a perfect fit for our family. We toured Sante Croce and the Boboli and Bardini Gardens and visited the Piazzale Michelangelo and it was fabulous!!! Thank you!!!! We will return!

The location of this apartment is wonderful, just a short 10minute walk to the main attractions. There is a main level with a small bathroom, kitchen, master bed and living room. A loft area above the main bedroom as well as above the living room provided extra sleeping quarters.

Nice apartment in Florence

We spent two nights in Florence. The apartment is nice and clean. It is smaller than I anticipated. We have 4 people and it seems to be quite small for us. We made it work in the end, but I would prefer a bigger place. The place may be a good size for a couple. The price is affordable for a place like Florence, especially for young people. I would not recommend the place for family with young kids.

Excellent location!

This apartment was in an excellent location...close to all the sights, yet quiet. The check-in process was minimal and the property manager was slow to respond to our requests. Though when the city unexpectedly shut off the water because of nearby construction, she delivered bottled water for all the guests. In the listing it says "parking available", but it really isn't (a nearby parking garage is 70 Euros per day and street parking is rare).

A nice apartment with an excellent location in the beautiful walkable city of Florence. Location is a stone throw from the Arno river and a short walk from Ponte Vecchio. Annalisa, the managing host, was helpful all through, including being there at the relatively late check in time we set at 8:00Pm. Apartment itself is well arranged and maintained, and wide enough to sleep up to 5 people comfortably. That said, it is best suited for a family or a group of friends. There is a hanging floor with a semi-double bed over the main bedroom, and another with a single bed over the living room. a minimalist size full bathroom, and a well stuffed kitchen. I hope this apartment will be vacant in our next visit to Florence.

We really liked this cozy apartment. The place was conveniently located across the river from the crowds, but close enough to walk right into the mix of everything. The restaurant right outside the door was really good. The restaurant across the street was always busy. The place does have a “mini split” in one of the loft bedrooms and kept the unit cool even with outside temps in the mid 90s. Fans helped too. No screens on the windows and wouldn’t recommend opening them. The river nearby brings the mosquitoes. I wouldn’t recommend this place if anyone in your party is of larger stature the bathroom is small. I am 6’0 and 215lbs. I did fine but I can see much larger people having a hard time. Just to want to be honest.

Great location within walking distance of many major sites. The apartment was comfortable, and our kids especially enjoyed the two loft spaces. Having both A/C and a washer was a huge plus while traveling with children during the summer. The pizza restaurant next door was amazing! Annalise was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again!

Annalisa was an amazing host! The apartment was phenomenal, she was helpful, quick to respond and the food right outside the apartment was authentic Italian food and phenomenal. Taxi box right around the corner, great food and close to the steps of piazzale de Michelangelo, on the “not tourist” side of the bridge was great but also right beside the bridge to go back to everything nearby. Phenomenal stay 10/10. If we return to Florence we will definitely be staying here again!

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Florenz und diese Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und die Lage ist sehr nah am historischen Stadtzentrum. Annalisa ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns beim Parken geholfen und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was man in Florenz unternehmen kann. Das Apartment ist sauber, die Fenster sind gut isoliert (gegen den manchmal etwas lauteren italienischen Feierabend), und es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.
