The house is very beautiful, the furniture is warm, it has remained as we used to go there as a family. Television. We have double living room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. On the patio there is an area equipped for meals with fridge, oven, table for twelve people. hammocks for afternoon rest. In the garden pin pong and barbecue. On the back in the laundry area there is also a hot shower, convenient when returning from the sea. The kitchen is large, there is a large refrigerator with freezer, a six-burner gas cooker, a large oven, a large outdoor area for hanging bath towels and laundry. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room. Parking spaces inside the property are not lacking and at least two covered. The villa is located in one of the most beautiful and popular locations, in the heart of the island just a few kilometers from Marina di Campo or Procchio. The advantage of being close to the centers, but surrounded by greenery is the peace and silence that can be enjoyed. Very close, in the airport area there is a large supermarket.

A quiet spot away from the tourist hotspots

We enjoyed coming back here every day to cook food and eat together on the terrace. We also enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. During the day, a few small planes fly into the nearby airfield, and some of the planes were a bit noisy. But the disturbance was short-lived and provided diversion rather than annoyance. Communication with the hosts was extremely friendly and uncomplicated, whether electronically or in direct contact.

esperienza magnifica

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana (era un esperimento) con tutta la famiglia di 8 adulti e un bambino piccolo. La splendida sistemazione ha, di certo, contribuito a rendere l'esperienza riuscitissima! La casa, molto pulita, fresca e dotata di ogni comfort, è situata in una zona strategica per raggiungere in breve tempo quasi tutte le spiagge. La Signora Adriana è stata un'ospite squisita : sempre presente per ogni desiderio, ma discretissima. Lo spazio interno ben organizzato in modo da garantire la privacy di ognuno. E che dire dello spazio esterno? Grande, fresco, verde e dotato di ampia zona servizi : doccia esterna calda, spazi per stendere, ping pong e barbercue. Ci torneremo volentieri, grazie

Für uns perfekt

Das Haus liegt in der Mitte von Elba. So hat man nur kurze Wege zu allen Ausflugszielen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt genügend Platz für 8 Personen, die Terrasse zum Essen ist wunderbar, genug Platz zum Tischtennis und Fußball spielen für die Kinder, eine Waschmaschine und eine Außendusche ist genial für nach dem Strand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und vor allem den Grill haben wir sehr oft benutzt.

Casa perfetta per grandi famiglie

La casa è in una posizione strategica per visitare l’isola, è fresca e confortevole anche se potrebbe essere arricchita di qualche stoviglia e pentola in più. La proprietaria è stata carinissima e ci ha fornito ogni aiuto possibile per renderci più comoda la vacanza con 4(!) bambini sotto i 10 anni, incluso chiamare un antennista per sistemare la tv. La consiglieremmo assolutamente a chiunque voglia fare una vacanza rilassante in famiglia.

Buona proprietà ma da migliorare

Siamo stati le due centrali di Luglio. La posizione è buona, è un ottimo punto di partenza per diverse mete. La proprietà ha molti punti da migliorare. 1) Il giardino assolutamente non curato 2) Le attrezzature esterne (sedie/sdraio/tavoli) sono datati (la proprietaria dopo alcune nostre rimostranze ha messo a disposizione dei lettini da mare nuovi). 3) In passato la casa è stata molto vissuta dai proprietari e si vede, ci sono molti oggetti personali sparsi qua e la che sarebbe bene togliere se non si ha intenzione di pulirli. 4) Due condizionatori su tre perdono acqua e non sono utilizzabili In generale la struttura sarebbe anche piacevole, il problema è la mancanza di cura, come già detto anche alla proprietaria basterebbe davvero poco per una casa da 5 stelle .... (peccato!! non penso che torneremo!!!)

Grandi potenzialità!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa casa. La posizione è buona tra Procchio e Marina di Campo. La casa e un po’ datata nel complesso, il giardino incolto pieno di aghi di pino. La pulizia molto scarsa. Non aveva ne wifi ne il grosso frigorifero in cucina, entrambi presenti nell’elenco delle caratteristiche della villetta. Altra cosa, non erano ammessi animali, così diceva l’annuncio, ma il cane della figlia della proprietaria stava sempre nel nostro giardino, una volta lo abbiamo sorpreso a leccare la griglia del barbecue. Il giorno della partenza, sempre la la figlia della proprietaria che stava nella casa accanto, ha preteso che portassimo noi la spazzatura fino al cancello, con le macchine stracolme di roba e di ragazzini, poiché non avendo la signora delle pulizie, avrebbe dovuto farlo lei! Piuttosto spiacevole. Nel complesso il soggiorno e’ andato benino, ma poteva andare molto meglio. Non tornerei in quella casa. Isola d’Elba sempre bellissima!

In generale ci siamo trovati bene perché la casa è bella e si trova in una buona posizione. Si tratta di una casa grande con 3 bagni, di cui uno solo di servizio. La proprietà si è dimostrata più che gentile e disponibile bei nostri confronti; note dolenti materassi un po’ datati e la pulizia un po’ carente.

La casa è grande e comodissima e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Situata su una piccola altura, è fresca e silenziosa sia di giorno che di notte. Cucina completa di tutto. Letti comodi e ampia dotazione di biancheria. Zona lavanderia separata e possibilità di grande spazio per stendere. Doccia calda esterna. I gentilissimi proprietari sono contattabili facilmente e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi evenienza.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e una famiglia di amici in questa casa I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, check in e check out ottimi La casa è grande e disposta x accogliere 8 persone, non manca nulla. Il giardino esterno attrezzato con tavolo sedie e lettini è uno spazio accogliente e ottimo per i bambini. Consiglio la struttura per una vacanza tranquilla in compagnia Ballerini & C.

Una agradable casa para relajarse y disfrutar de una isla hermosa

La casa está bien situada para hacer excursiones en coche a todos los puntos de la isla. La zona es tranquila, pese a la cercanía del aeródromo (poco tráfico y principalmente de avionetas), y hay restaurantes y supermercado a poca distancia en coche. La cocina está muy bien equipada y en el jardín hay sitio de sobra para que jueguen los niños. La terraza es perfecta para comer al aire libre y pasar buenas sobremesas. La señora Cavadini es una anfitriona amable y atenta. Well situated house to make excursions by car to all regions in Elba. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby by car. The house is in a quite location, despite the proximity of the small airport. The kitchen is well equiped and the garden is big and with plenty of space for the children to play. The house has a very nice terrace to eat and enjoy a pleasant after-dinner conversation. Mrs. Cavadini is a very kind and very attentive host.

Casa accogliente e padroni disponibili!

La casa è grande e completa di ogni accessorio. Noi eravamo in cinque e abbiamo avuto spazi sufficienti per muoverci in libertà dentro di essa. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema all'inizio con un bagno non all'altezza della situazione,ma in poche ore i padroni della casa l'hanno sistemato. Quindi la loro efficienza è da lodare. Si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili e molto cortesi,dandoci indicazioni valide anche per quanto riguarda l'isola. La casa è contornata da un vasto giardino e da un magnifico porticato che ci hanno permesso di stare in tutta comodità sia per riposare che per cenare. La cucina è attrezzatissima e quindi si può cucinare di tutto. È stata un'ottima sistemazione e la consigliamo a tutti con molto piacere!!! Grazie alla signora Adriana e al simpatico marito! Molto buona

Siamo stati benissimo per il clima, il silenzio, lo spazio a disposizione... la casa è grandissima e offre tutte le comodità: lavatrice, spazio per stendere, porticato ventilato e spazioso con amaca e Ping pong. Le zone delle matrimoniali sono ben suddivise quindi soluzione ottima per due famiglie e dimenticavo la comodità del frigo molto spazioso e la doccia calda esterna che ti permetteva di nn sporcare i bagni con la sabbia. Unico neo sono i bagni interni un po' datati che avrebbero bisogno di un po' di ristrutturazione. Cmnq il soggiorno è stato ottimo e ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative dato che, nn da ultimo particolare, la casa si trova nel cuore dell'isola in posizione privilegiata rispetto alle spiagge ed hai paesi più belli da visitare. Consiglio vivamente

I recommend

It's beautyfull house with big garden. Hosts are kind and very helpful. We spent there realy nice holidays. I recommend this localization for people who would like to have a good point to visiting more then one beaches. And this hammock on the porch... :)
