A great place for holidays

We had a fantastic stay in the appartement. It is highly comfortable and you feel at home easily. The appartement is very well located combining easy access to beaches, restaurants and Alghero.

Excellent stay at Fertilla

We spent a very nice stay at Fertilla. The appartment is very convenient, well furnished. It is situated in a more quiet place than Alghero city center and nicer aera.than Alghero suburban area. Iliara is very arranging and manage it perfectly.

Der Empfang von Ilaria war sehr herzlich ! Die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen in einem hervorragenden Zustand ! Eingang, Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit Balkon sehr großzügig ! 1. Etage hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone !!! Badezimmer hier sehr groß und gepflegt ! 2. WC unten auch gepflegt und genügend ! Alles was man braucht, war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden !!! Wir, 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wieder bei Ilaria buchen ! Wichtig ist aber, ein Auto zu mieten, man will ja auch die Gegend erkunden !!!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Ein wenig stört die Einflugschneise des nahe gelegenen Flughafens, aber es handelt sich dabei nur um wenige Flüge täglich. Dafür lebt man in einer tollen Wohnanlage mit echten Einheimischen, ist etwas abseits vom Trubel aber nahe genug dran, um.alle Vorteile der Stadt zu nutzen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Leider keine AC.

Wie Ferien bei den Großeltern

Habt ihr Großeltern die in Italien am Meer wohnen? Nein, ich auch nicht. Aber genau so kann ich es mir vorstellen. Die Wohnung von Ilaria liegt in einer Wohnanlage, in der wohl überwiegend Einheimische leben. Die Anlage ist eigentlich schön konzipert, kann aber mittlerweile etwas neuen Putz und Farbe vertragen. Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG und hat 2 Etagen, ist großzügig geschnitten, verfügt über 3 Balkone und ist mit allem, sogar etwas mehr, ausgestattet, was es braucht. Sie hat zu 2 Seiten jeweils einen etwas eingeschränkten Meerblick. Hier könnten wirklich meine Großeltern leben. Die Wohnung ist auch genau so eingerichtet. Sie ist sauber und gepflegt, sehr italienisch dekoriert. Die Möbel haben schon mehrere Moden überdauert, sind aber tadellos in Schuss. Die Wohnung ist aus meiner Sicht keine typische Ferienwohnung, so hat einen ganz speziellen besonderen Style. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war gut, Check-In und Check-out reibungslos, auch wenn wir sie nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Schade, dass nonna e nonno gerade verreist waren und wir die Tage allein in der Wohnung verbracht haben :-)

Holiday Review

Great communication with owner and property was a good size with all gadgets and utensils. Nice to be outside Alghero much quieter and near some lovely beaches. Fertilia had few bars and restaurants and a supermarket and was only a short stroll from the property, would highly recommend.

Un très bon séjour à Alghero

L'appartement que nous avons loué à Fertilia, proche d'Alghero, est très clair, spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est idéal pour une famille avec enfants, comportant 3 chambres. Il est idéalement placé dans une résidence calme, à 200 m de la plage, et proche des commerces du centre ville. Illaria nous a merveilleusement reçus et a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Mille mercis !

un excellent séjour

Déjà avant de venir, le contact avec la propriétaire a été très agréable; impression qui s'est confirmée sur place. L'appartement est très grand, comportant deux parties distinctes (jour et nuit) sur deux niveaux, trois grands balcons (vue sur mer, le rêve...), deux WC, baignoire et douche. Il est parfaitement équipé (j'ai rarement vu des locations de vacances aussi bien fournies). Une petite plage à l'ambiance familiale se trouve à trois minutes à pied (pas quatre!) de l'appartement. Une autre plage, très grande, à dix minutes à pied. La proximité d'Alghero, de Sassari permet des visites si on est en manque d'ambiance citadine. Plusieurs magasins permettent d'acheter tout ce dont on a besoin. L'appartement se situe à à peine deux heures de route d'Olbia et de son aéroport, ce qui est est un avantage indéniable. Bref, nous ne pouvons que conseiller ce bien et espèrons y retourner prochainement!

L' alloggio è stupendo , dotato di ogni comfort , spaziosissimo e a 50 metri dal mare.

Sono state due settimane bellissime in cui abbiamo potuto ammirare la bellezza del mare di Fertilia e dintorni e allo stesso tempo riposarci nel bellissimo appartamento messo a disposizione dalla simpaticissima e disponibilissima Ilaria , la proprietaria. Come dicevo alloggio spaziosissimo dotato di tv grande in sala , stereo e internet gratuito.Tre grandi camere (la matrimoniale principale con tv) tre balconi , due bagni e cucina fornitissima di tutto.E' stata una bella vacanza e se torneremo ancora (lo spero) in quei luoghi di certo prenoteremo nuovamente da Ilaria.

Zentrale,großzügige,saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Fertillia.Der Ort selbst hat alles was man braucht,zudem noch einige gute Restaurants und Bars in Laufnähe.Die schönen Strände sind in fünf bis zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Das Meer ist klar und absolut traumhaft... Vielen Dank Ilaria für die liebe Gastfreundschaft!

Vacanza perfetta..

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nell'ultima settimana di giugno 2015. Siamo grandi estimatori del mare della Sardegna e questa era una delle poche località non ancora visitate. Era la prima volta che prenotavamo su questo sito e ci ha attratto la definizione "Luminoso appartamento" che, non appena averlo visto, ci è parsa decisamente corrispondente al vero. La casa si trova a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona mollto tranquilla ed è circondata dal verde, dai balconi si gode una gradevolissima vista sul mare. Gli spazi interni sono ampi, ben organizzati e dotati di ogni confort, inoltre il fatto di essere disposti su due piani consente di evitare il disturbo reciproco, soprattutto al mattino. Nella zona ci sono ampie e belle spiagge, ma anche graziose calette raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Nella cittadina di Fertilia ci sono i negozi indispensabili, ma Alghero si trova a pochi chilometri e offre un'ampia gamma di ristoranti e locali. Mi preme evidenziare l'estrema disponibilità della proprietaria che ci ha accolti a tarda sera e ha immediatamente risolto un piccolo inconveniente relativo alla connessione internet.

Abbiamo preso in affitto questo stupendo appartamento dotato di ogni conforte. X noi ne vale 5 stellone... x il mare e meglio evere un` auto x visitare spiagge bellissime a solo 5 minuti di macchina. Fertilia dove si trova l `appartamento è un piccolo paesino tranquillo .. ma ha tutto quello che una famigliola sopratutto con bambini ha bisogno. i negozzi al pomeriggio aprono solo dopo le 17:00 . siamo stati benissimo e, la signora ilaria , proprietaria e gentilissima . vi auguro un buon soggiorno...<3<3<3...

Ottimo punto d'appoggio per girare la costa ovest

Abbiamo affittato questo spazioso appartamento dotato di tutto, proprio tutto, fornetto, microonde, macchina caffè, phon, lavatrice (non usata) per una settimana. Eravamo in quattro e un bimbo di otto mesi. non c'era il lettino ma grazie alla disponibilità della proprietaria ci siamo organizzati bene e il bimbo ha dormito nel lettone usando un letto in più. lenzuola ed asciugamani in dotazione. casa su due piani con le camere al piano di sopra ma funzionale. il bagno con doccia è al piano superiore mentre in quella al piano terra manca una doccetta. Tranquillità assicurata, spiaggia di puntanegra a due passi. Per raggiungere altre spiagge serve l'auto o il bus ma sono a pochi minuti di distanza. Consigliatissimo!!!! Proprietaria gentilissima.
