The house is small in size, but offers large outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing in the shade of the pergolas
The large and well-kept garden is on three sides of the house. The external hot shower, sheltered by jasmine, is very useful and convenient. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every accessory. The master bedroom can also accommodate a camping cot (provided) for a small child. In the living room there are two double sofa beds.
On-site assistance is guaranteed during the holiday period.
On request you can rent linen for the beds and for the bathroom.

Es war wieder sehr schön.

Wir (Ehepaar) waren zum zweiten Mal ab Mitte September für 10 Tage in dem Haus und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen, v.a. der schöne uneinsehbare Garten und die ruhige Lage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, gute Töpfe und Wasserkocher auch. Nur Besteck war etwas knapp bemessen. Der überdachte Carport ist hoch genug für VW Bus.

Erholsame Tage in Punta Ala

Das Haus mit gut gepflegten Garten , die Ausstattung (da hat man wirklich an jeder Kleinigkeit gedacht!), die Lage (Kilometer langen Stand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen) und Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers(immer gut erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte) kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Wir haben genauso unsere Frühstücke wie auch Grillabende ( Grill vorhanden)auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Sogar zwei Fahrräder hatten wir zu Verfügung gehabt. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Nochmal vielen Dank für alles.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir waren 14 Tage im September 2017 in dieser Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und sauber. Es sind zwei schöne große Sitzmöglichkeiten (Terrassen) vorhanden. Weiterhin waren vorhanden: Grill, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Gasherd (ohne Backofen) und eine Mikrowelle. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und nicht einsehbar. Auch fanden wir die Gartendusche mit warmen Wasser super! Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Kleine Abstriche wären: - Strand direkt in Punta Als (Nähe Haus) nicht schön, d.h. man fährt ca. 3 km mit dem Auto in Richtung Follonica, wo die drei Parkplätze kommen. Da ist der Strand gut. - viele Katzen - die Kissenauflagen (Sitzecke auf der Terrasse) könnten neue Kissenbezüge gebrauchen - Dusche im Bad könnte besser sein.... - jeden Tag Rasenmäher (Nachbarn), sonst sehr ruhige Unterkunft

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung Versucht habe nicht an den Strand zu Fuß gehen? In wenigen minuten erreichen Sie den Strand von "la Tartana". Ich hoffe, dass Sie nachstes Jahr wiederkommen

Pace!!!

Casa piccola ma molto funzionale , pulita , dotata di tutto il necessario , il giardino e il patio stupendi !!! Svegliarsi e fare colazione con davanti tutto quel verde e' una meraviglia !!! A 5 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia e dai servizi . Ubicata in un luogo incantevole e tranquillo !!! Se possibile ci tornerò sicuramente !!! Vivamente consigliata !!!

Piccolo paradiso

Casa molto bella, ben rifinita e dotata di ogni comodità (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, lettino e seggiolone per il bimbo). Anche se relativamente piccola, la casa ha ampi spazi all'aperto (patio e giardino). Inoltre la doccia sotto il gelsomino e' semplicemente idilliaca. L'assistenza all'arrivo fornita da un'agenzia incaricata è perfetta. Possiamo solo consigliare questo appartamento soprattutto a una giovane famiglia con bambino.

Una vacanza rilassante

Punta Ala nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato garantisce tranquillità e relax. La casa vacanze è accogliente e pulita. Pur essendo piccola offre degli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati. Le foto e la descrizione presenti sul sito corrispondono alla realtà. La privacy e la tranquillità sono le cose che abbiamo gradito di più. Comodissima la doccia calda esterna. La posizione è buona. In pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia più vicina e con pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere la lunghissima spiaggia libera che da Punta Ala va verso Follonica. L'unico neo che abbiamo trovato è stata la presenza di qualche zanzara, risolvibile secondo noi applicando delle semplici zanzariere alle finestre. Buona l'accoglienza da parte dell'incaricato. Presente servizio wi-fi. Buona la dotazione di stoviglie. Nel complesso ci riteniamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo la casa a chi vuole stare tranquillo e godersi la natura e il mare... Per quanto riguarda i servizi abbiamo trovato i due piccoli supermarket di Punta Ala un po cari. Ma a pochi km a Follonica se ne trovano diversi e alla portata di tutti.

Eccellente: riservata, completa, vicina al mare

Casa molto bella, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, completa di ogni cosa. Immersa nel verde, ha un giardino molto curato e gode di grande riservatezza. Vicinissima (cinque minuti a piedi) ad un mare stupendo, dove poter scegliere sia calette con scogli sia spiaggia attrezzata. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Fantastica!

Ho soggiornato presso questa fantastica casa poco piu di una settimana fa, con il mio ragazzo e la nostra cagnolina...siamo stati divinamente! La casa è piccolina, ma dotata dei comfort che servono per passare una piacevole vacanza...la vera chicca è il giardino il quale dal vivo è molto più bello; ben curato ed accogliente. Inoltre la doccia esterna avvolta dai gelsomini è da sogno! La consiglio veramente a tutti, tanto che il prossimo anno se possibile ci ritorneremo mooooolto volentieri. La proprietaria è seria, affidabile ed estremamente cortese e disponibile, prendere accordi con lei è stato un vero piacere! Arianna, Alessio e Kira

Wunderschoen

Bin soeben von meinem Kurzurlaub in Punta Ala zurückgekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber und mit allen Komforts ausgestattet. Ideal für Familien. Das Appartment ist mitten im Grünen und in einer ruhigen Lage. Zu Fuss kommt man in ca. 10 min an die tollen Strände. Wir sind auch öfters bis zum Hafen zu Fuss gegangen. Vor Ort war auch eine Bezugsperson vorhanden, was sehr hilfreich sein kann. Ich denke bereits daran, auch meinen Sommerurlaub hier zu verbringen. Supertoll !
