'Eight Is Enough' is the perfect getaway for couples as well as families with children. Stay a week or rent the month (or longer!) if you are a 'snow bird' summering in Maine. During the day, kayak, swim, fish, or just sit on the dock and relax. At night, make s'mores by waters edge, view the Big Dipper from the dock, and listen to the calming sounds of loons and crickets. Dirt roads provide great morning walks or bike rides. Fill your fridge with groceries from notorious Tobey's Market, just 5 miles away. High speed internet, smart TV, DVD's, and board games for entertainment in case of a rainy day.
