Perfect small room, great location, had everything I could have wanted, including a small balcony with view of the street. Lift adds convenience. Very quiet on the floor and never had to queue for the bathroom (shower is in room). Great value for money. Warmly recommended.

Marie Charlotte was a great host. She met me at the apartment to show me around and was very helpful. It is very close to two trains stops and is in a safe area. It has everything a solo traveler needs for a visit to this non touristy part of the city, which is exactly what I was hoping for. There is so much close by. I will definitely stay there again when I go back.

This was the perfect base for a week on my own in Paris. Very local area with good bars and restaurants, and super close to the shopping in the 3e. Despite being very small, I had everything I needed in this apartment and was very comfortable (and the shower was actually bigger than I expected!) Marie Charlotte was a lovely host and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Place for a Single Person

I stayed about 10 days, and this place had everything I needed. It is small but clean and well appointed, and Marie provides everything you need from towels to soap to cooking supplies and guides to the area. The location is great, close to the metro and bus and many cool restaurants and bakeries.
