The place was clean although it could use some maintenance and a few upgrades. The place has easy access to the beach, restaurants, Nice and the airport. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were a bit surprised to be asked for an extra charge for linen and towels but we had no choice as we were travelling from abroad and it would be very inconvenient to bring our own.

Le supplement pour les draps et le linge de maison était indiqué dans le descriptif de l'appartement il n 'y avait donc pas de surprise. En outre prevenu à la réservation M Sanchez pouvait changer son choix de locartion En général les locataires préfèrent amener leur linge c est la raison pour laquelle nous facturons la fourniture de linge à part.

appartement totalement conforme aux photos et descriptif.Idéalement placé (à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces, mais retiré de la route principale, donc très calme pour sa position centrale).spacieux et bien agencé ; équipements très complets et en très bon état. Bien aéré avec double exposition, ce qui permet de faire des courants d'air et de limiter fortement l'usage de la clim.Balcon permettant les repas pour 4 personnes face à la mer.Garage fermé souterrain au sous-sol de l'immeuble particulièrement appréciable.Un hôte extrêmement prévenant et accueillant (ça change des boîtes à clefs ou de la réceptionniste de conciergerie impersonnelle qui enchaîne les entrées et sorties dans la région!).Cagnes (avec ses différents quartiers très variés: Cros, centre ville, hippodrome, Collettes, Hauts de Cagnes...) permet de belles promenades, activités et découvertes sur place...mais aussi dans les villes aux alentours (la gare du Cros est à 300m! 5 minutes à pied. Idéal pour visiter Nice, Monaco, Antibes ou Cannes sans se soucier des embouteillages et des parkings ).

tout ce dont ont avait besoin à deux pas de la mer

Les hôtes étaitent vraiment superbes: gentils, chaleureux, et serviables. L'appartement est très bien équipé et a une belle vue mer. Le coin est relativement calme malgré la proximité de la promenade de la plage. Un seul bémol: le garage est assez étroit et dificile à maneuvrer si on n'est pas doué pour ça (mais on y est arrivé). Proche tous commerces et restaurants, quartier très agréable, on recommande sans hésitation. Merci aux hôtes pour un excellent séjour!

Appartement très bien équipé. Électroménager impeccable. L’accueil du propriétaire est remarquable (plusieurs surprises fort agréables au frais). Nous avons apprécié le box fermé pour le véhicule. Bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare SNCF de Cros de Cagnes : un bon plan pour visiter les environs. Un petit bémol subjectif : vous êtes en ville, donc quelques décibels. Excellent souvenir, nous recommandons cette location.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet!!!!!!!!!! Die Lage ist nahe am Strand, die Tiefgarage bietet dem Auto Schutz und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was uns nicht so ganz gefallen hat ist die Möblierung des Wohnzimmers. Aber das ist reine Geschmackssache.

Excellent séjour à Cagnes sur Mer, logement idéalement placé avec vue mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cagnes-Sur-Mer dans l'appartement de Monsieur Célestin. Le logement est idéalement placé, juste à côté de la fameuse Chapelle Saint-Pierre du Cros-de-Cagnes, et permet de rayonner partout dans la région (Nice, Cannes, Vence, l'arrière-pays), sans être coincé dans les embouteillages. La station de bus est à 50 mètres, la gare également, les restaurants du front de mer et le port de Saint-Laurent sont accessibles à pied. On peut tout faire sans voiture car tout est très bien desservi. L'appartement est vaste et lumineux, il ne manque rien. La vue sur la mer est sans prix ! La plage est à 20 mètres, on ne peut pas faire plus près. Monsieur Célestin est très accueillant et attentionné, il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour visiter les environs, merci beaucoup à lui pour l'agréable séjour qu'il nous a permis d'effectuer. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce logement lors d'un prochain séjour sur la Côte d'Azur !

Very nice flat

A very nice flat with sea view. The location is very good, close to the beach, local shops, a lot of restaurants and the train station to Nice, Antibes and Monaco, so often we could leave our car in the garage. There was a very good equipment and we had a very warm welcome.

Wir waren zu fünft mit einem Hund zu gast. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und sogar noch besser. Die Lage ist Top! Für Hunde waren auch zwei Strände in der nähe. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gegeben. Der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz schützte unser Auto vor der Hitze. Einfach wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen!!!

lejligheden var ok, men to nøgler til indgangsdøre ville være fint når man er flere end to personer

Lejligheden ligger godt med god udsigt tæt ved vandet, og gode busforbindelser og indkøbsmuligheder. Udlejer var rigtig sød tilbød at hente os i lufthavn (tog dog en taxa) havde desuden købt mælk, juice og en flaske rose vin, vi ankom sent om aftenen.
