VILLA IN RESIDENCE WITH POOL

Comfortable and quiet villa in a small residence with swimming pool, 3 km from the town center and the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino.
On the first floor has nr. 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom plus a bedroom with a bunk bed + pull-out bed + bathroom. On the ground floor living room with kitchenette + bathroom. It is equipped with a large covered terrace and private garden (also available outdoor shower) + communal garden.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a drying rack, an iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damages have been caused

Experience one week, small family

We had a pleasant week in the house. The house was clean, in a good location (close to Porto Pino and Porto Botte for Kiting) and had enough space for us as a small family (one new born). We would recommend installing Moskito protection, e.g. window nets/curtains, and maybe a little less functional rather cosier interiors. We believe this could certainly improve the overall holiday experience. Cristina and Daniela were very helpful and good hosts.

Les indications fournies pour arriver à la résidence sont remarquable de précision. La location a complétement répondu à nos attentes en termes de qualité, propreté et équipement. Très bon accueil. Par contre assez peu de chose à faire dans les alentours si ce n'est les plages magnifiques. Dans l'ensemble nous sommes très satisfait de ce séjour.

Netjes onderhouden appartement op gunstige ligging in het zuiden van Sardinie

Het appartement is goed gelegen met een lekker zwembad. Niet te groot en niet te klein, voor ons precies goed. Vanuit deze plek kun je de Zuid-Oost hoek van Sardinie gied ontdekken alles wat de moeite waard is is binnen een 1/2 te bereiken. Stranden, cultuur, natuur, history. Mooie plek in Sardinie.

Bellissimo soggiorno nel Sulcis

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Cristina, la padrona di casa, è stata gentile e premurosa nei nostri confronti, la villetta era pulita, dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie, fresca e tranquilla e il residence ben tenuto con piscina pulitissima e parti comuni curate. A pochi minuti di macchina si possono trovare negozi, qualche ristorante e le bellissime spiagge di Porto Pino. Unico piccolo neo della zona la presenza di zanzare. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare il soggiorno qui

ESPERIENZA FANTASTICA!

A casa di Cristina siamo stati da dio, un relax incredibile, coinquilini rispettosi e silenziosi, l'appartamento funzionale, spazioso, la sera mangiavamo all'aperto, in totale comodità, in un ambiente molto carino e accogliente. Cristina è stata molto disponibile e cordiale, e in appoggio a Daniela ci hanno reso la vacanza perfetta! Una piscina stupenda, tutta immersa nel verde, il pratino, le siepi e gli alberi sempre ben curati, il parcheggio privato davanti alla piscina. Sembrava di vivere in un altro mondo! Era la prima volta che effettuavamo una vacanza in questa area, e devo dire che è stupenda, molto più selvaggia delle altre zone della Sardegna, con mare stupendo e spiagge bellissime. Dall'abitazione si raggiungono rapidamente Porto pino ma anche Teulada e con appena dieci minuti di macchina in più Sant'Antioco. Insomma, per noi la vacanza perfetta. Grazie mille a Cristina!
