Ideal apartment for families, located in the Gulf of Poets, near the 5 lands.
It has a double bedroom with private bathroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds over the second bathroom.
A room with sofa bed and a large kitchen, with all comforts, dishwasher, TV, oven, etc., also a laundry corner.
A few meters from the apartment are the bus stops to reach Lerici and Portovenere. A few minutes the station and on the waterfront the boat to visit the 5 Terre (Riomaggiore Manarola Corniglia Vernazza and Monterosso) the Palmaria Tino and tinetto islands. You can get to the Gulf of Tigullio and Portofino.

Apartment was well appointed with all soaps, spices, condiments and bath items. Having a tub was a bonus for my spouse and the bath off the main suite a bonus. Comfortable seating, great A/C in every room. Small elevator after 5 steps up made getting luggage in and out simple. Very large balcony was nice to sit on in evening. Very quiet location even though the main street is nearby. Very satisfied!

Très bon sejour

Un grand merci a Donetella avec qui la communication a été très facile et à Elena qui nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et en Français en plus ! L’appartement est très propre et très confortable. Nous y avons séjourné pour avoir un point de chute pour visiter les Cinq Terre. Très bon séjour.

Malgré une météo très dégradée, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Spezia. Carlo prend soin de répondre rapidement à nos questions et Anna, qui s’occupe de la remise des clés, est également très disponible et arrangeante. Merci à eux deux. Bonne situation pour la visite des 5 terres et du golfe des poètes

Nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. L'appartement est bien situé, près du port et à 30 min à pied de la gare. La ligne de bus est tout près de l'appartement . La grande chambre est vraiment confortable. La deuxième est bruyante à cause de la circulation sur la grande avenue. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Très très satisfaite de l appartement: spacieux, propre, tout confort .... Très très satisfaite de l emplacement de l’appart : près de l’arrêt de bus pur la gare, Portovenere...Possibilité de garer son véhicule sur parking gratuit... Appartement très cosy Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour De plus il se trouve proche de la gare et du port, points de départ pour visiter les 5 terre. Et si l’on est en voiture il y’a une possibilité de visiter les alentours de La Spezia qui valent aussi le détour. Parking gratuit sur la via Italia au pied de l’immeuble quand on sait qu’en Italie les stationnements sont chers c’est un plus.

L'appartamento è decisamente spazioso, confortevole e bello. C'è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno in città. SI trova in una posizione centrale e quindi piuttosto servita. L'ospitalità dei padroni di casa è stata deliziosa: disponibili, attenti e premurosi. Grazie per averci dato la possibilità di trascorrere un soggiorno senza pensieri!

Stunning Apartment in Central Location

This apartment is stunning (by far the loveliest of our three week European vacation) from the beautiful tile floors to the heated towel bars, and Carlo is a great host. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were a little small for our two are adult sons, but they are both over six feet tall. The beds would be great for children or smaller adults. The kitchen is beautiful with decorative tile around the gas cooktop, and the entire apartment was spotless. The only drawback is the lack of WiFi. Carlo is a great host. He answers all emails and texts very promptly. I was worried about arriving in our rental car after dark, but Carlo assured me someone would be there to meet us whenever we arrived. He and his charming neighbor, who speaks fluent English, were outside waiting for us in the rain the night we arrived, and Carlo took us to find free parking close by in the neighborhood. He made us feel very welcome indeed. La Spezia is a good central location for exploring Cinque Terre and other towns on the Gulf of Poets. We drove to the train station where we could leave the car and took the train to Cinque Terre. There is a grocery store just a few blocks from the apartment. If I'm ever back in this area, we would definitely want to stay here again.
