The sea, with sandy beach, is distant only 30 minutes from the house. (Lido di Camaiore -Viareggio- Forte dei Marmi).
Completely renewed, inside the house and outside, on 2017.
Charming treasure trove within our rustic Tuscany. A villa belonging to 18th century with its perfect proportions and fascinating structure. It has been renovated maintaining the original characteristics and re-furbished with autenthic, original furniture. The elegant style and attention to detail, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rustic villa is situated within an olive grove, surrounded by the sounds of nature- but nearby, about one hundred meters far, the owners are living. Lucca is a medioeval town, full of history and surrounded by unique, centuries-old walls. The house lies 11 km. from the centre of Lucca and is ideally located to take day trips to Florence -70km., Pisa -20km, Siena and S.Gemigmano -90km. The Lucca region reaches as far as the mediterrean coast in Versilia, where the famous Forte dei Marmi is situated. The elegant beaches and fine sand are renowned within this area. If one day you remain at home, you can enjoy the view of Lucca from the terrace.

Wonderful

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa which had superb views over Luca. Massimo, the owner, was lovely and spoke very good English explaining the places we should visit. He was very tolerant of us as we left things behind but rang us to let us know before we had gone too far! Thank you

Beautiful Tuscan Villa

This is a beautiful Tuscan villa situated on the top of a secluded hill. The view was amazing and the house was very cozy. Massimo was so nice throughout our stay and told us of the many nearby attractions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return again

Private/Relaxing Retreat

This was exactly as described, Massimo was very engaging and informative, he told the history around the house and surroundings, the place is quaint and cozy, (especially the little wood stove), it was exhilarating to come home to after visiting busy, noisy Florence and Venice, climbing the windy little road was an experience in itself, if you love peace and quiet this is the place. We loved staying here for a month. ❤️

Beautiful Lucca

This stone home full of charm and history was the perfect place to spend 3 weeks. On our visits to Italy, we prefer staying in a place where we can experience a homelike atmosphere and we were not disappointed. Coffee in the mornings and returning in the evenings to enjoy a most beautiful view from the patio was so relaxing. The home is described as a Charming Rustic Villa with a Fantastic View - this is not an exaggeration in the least. Only a few minutes from Lucca, the house is located on top of a hill surrounded by hundreds of olive trees overlooking the lights of the city. Massimo made sure we had everything we wanted or needed as he is a truly gracious person.

Wonderful Tuscan farmhouse

This was our 3rd stay in Massimo's properties ( both previous time in Casa Ministro). We had a lovely week. Casa Tonino is typical old Tuscan farmhouse. It has been sensitively renovated, tastefully, thoughtfully decorated and outfitted with modern conveniences while retaining original features and authentic character. The house set on a mountainside with spectacular views. The host Massimo is very helpful, careful and charming person. Thank Massimo for the welcome pack and the gift to the youngest member of our family. If was it possible, we would give more than 5 stars. Grazie mille.

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.Anfahrt am Ende etwas toskanisch abenteuerlich, aber auch mit Van plus Fahrradträger ( wir) gut machbar.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Toskana verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Massimo war von Anfang an sehr herzlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig, er ist ein wirklich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.Das Haus selbst ist ein echtes Highlight ,liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft: ruhig, mit wunderschönem Ausblick, und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.Die Umgebung ist einfach ein Wahnsinn, typisch toskanisch, mit sanften Hügeln, Olivenbäumen und Weingütern in alle Richtungen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.Grazie mille, Massimo, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus auf einem Berg mit Blick auf Lucca und die umliegenden Berge - einfach toll. Die Straße dorthin ist ein bischen Abenteuer, teilweise eng und steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Der Vermieter super nett, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist zum Verlieben - alles stilecht Toscana. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung !

Ein sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er gibt super Tipps für Ausflüge, z. Bsp. Parkmöglichkeit usw. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien vollkommen genießen.

Erg fijne en persoonlijke ontvangst door een bevlogen eigenaar Massimo, waarbij we een erg goede en precieze uitleg kregen van het prachtige huis en de omgeving. Huis ligt enigszins afgelegen dus een uitdagend autoritje maar we werden door de eigenaar keurig de berg op begeleid.

De realiteit is hier nog mooier dan de foto’s.

Ein wahres Kleinod in den Hügeln der Toskana. Das reizend eingerichte Haus ist nicht weniger hübsch. Nah genug an Lucca und anderen Städten um schöne Ausflüge zu unternehmen, aber auch weit genug weg um die Abgeschiedenheit zu genießen.

Erholsame Zeit

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios. Ruhig und mitten in der Natur gelegen ist das der perfekte Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Fotos der Präsentation im Internet.Unser Gastgeber Massimo hatte viele gute Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkäufe. La Toscane ça vous gagne

Très jolie maison nichée typique dans la montagne et avec la chaleur nous avons apprécié. Massimo notre Hôte très gentil et très professionnel pour nous donner de bons conseils de visite. Nous avons fait depuis la maison les cinque terre, Pise, Sienne, Florence où nous avons pris une voiturette de golf avec guide c'était génial. Ne pas oublier de faire San Gimignano et Volterra deux villages sublimes.La Toscane 15 jours nous reviendrons

Toskana Feeling

Der Gastgeber Massimo sorgte für einen nicht nur wunderschönen Aufenthalt in seinem typisch toskanischen Haus, sondern war auch in allen Belangen und wertvollen Tipps sehr hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei ihm sehr genossen und werden diesen auch mal wiederholen! Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Stadt Lucca ist ebenfalls sehr sehenswert.

Uriges altes Landhaus im Olivenhain

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub dort sehr genossen, das Haus ist ist sehr schön und hat viel Charme. Zu viert in dem Haus muss man sich aber schon mögen, der Platz wird dann etwas eng, für zwei ist es optimal. Wunderschönes Areal rund ums Haus, für die Anfahrt sollte man jedoch kein Fahranfänger sein. Massimo, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Wer Ruhe, einen tollen Ausblick und Privatsphäre sucht, wird hier fündig.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit Hund

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick ins Tal auf Lucca. Es entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und bietet eine gute Ausstattung mit Spülmittel, Seife, Handtüchern, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer (sogar ein Bügeleisen) etc. Es gibt 2 Bäder und 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Toskana verbracht und konnten Lucca, Florenz, Pisa, Barga und die Marina erkunden. Massimo hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zu Parkplätzen, Restaurants, Hundestrand, Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt und war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Zum Glück waren bei dem heißen Wetter 2 Ventilatoren vorhanden und das WLAN sehr stabil ;-) Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Une petite pépite

Accueil particulièrement chaleureux, grande gentillesse du propriétaire. Très bel endroit, décoré avec beaucoup de goût: chaque recoin est à découvrir. Vue sur la vallée: magnifique. Chemin d'accès: petit conseil: n'ayez pas une voiture trop large et aimez les routes sinueuses...Mais l'endroit le vaut bien !
