This custom built barndominium is one of the most unique hospitality experiences in all of Kentucky, with a prime location less than 2 miles from the newest distillery on the Bourbon Trail - Garrard County Distilling Company.

★ The barnhouse is perfect for large group gatherings. In addition to the 6 bedrooms and 12 beds, there's also two additional couches for additional sleeping space. There are 2 king size beds, 4 queen size beds, 2 full size beds. and 4 twin size beds. 3 full bathrooms on the main floor and an additional half bath off the foyer.

★ The arcade is located on the 2nd floor of the home and includes a SkeeBall machine, Pop-A-Shot, Foosball, retro arcade machines, and a PlayStation gaming center.

★ The home theater, also on the second floor of the home, includes a massive 85" flat screen smart TV with 20 comfy leather recliners for guest use.

★ There is also a 'party shed' which is a 1500 sqft large shed structure across from the barnhouse, which includes a golf simulator, hot tub, custom built sports bar with 2 smart TV's, pool table, 30ft custom indoor pergola, lounge area, bourbon barrel high top tables entertainment space, giant life sized connect four, and cornhole. ALSO includes a massive 30ft interactive mural map of the Bourbon Trail!

★ The custom hexagon pergola fire pit is located on the right side of the home outside, in addition to a patio, grill, and outdoor dining space.

★ There is a dedicated home office space in one of the king suites for the remote workers in your group or the folks who need to pop open their laptops in a quiet office space.

★ The barndominium was mindfully crafted with the most unique touches - 3 custom cupolas with dusk to dawn solar lighting, stairway, catwalk and beams repurposed and restored from a bridge from a nearby town, rustic tin ceiling panels throughout, and life sized wallpaper decor with century old family recipes.

We loved our stay! Lots of space and comfort for our large group and more than enough entertainment for kids, adults and pups alike. Over 4th of July there were views of nearby fireworks off the front porch. The sunset off the back porch over the rolling hills was also exceptional. Kyle was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. The nearby Wilderness Trails distillery is also worth visit!

Perfect place to have our wedding!

This was an absolute perfect place Joe our small intimate wedding. We had intermediate family and our best friends gather here to celebrate our special day. Unfortunately our mom received a terminal cancer diagnosis and we had to change venues last minute. I messaged the owners and they were so friendly and kind. They responded fast and agreed to let us stay. They also told us if we needed anything, to not hesitate to ask. I just appreciate their kindness so much! It meant the world to be able to do this here and for this to be an awesome last vacation. The party barn was a huge hit! We had our reception in there, and it was so nice to just hang out before and after. The golf simulator was fun as well as playing pool and corn hole. All of the beds were so comfortable! It was nice waking up and cooking breakfast for the family in the kitchen. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean upon arrival! The house was just beyond beautiful and welcoming. I highly recommend you choose this place for your event or family get together. We made the best memories that will live in our hearts forever. A big thank you to Kyle and Erin!!

Great property. Lots to do. As with any rental -always a small few things - owners attempted to fix during the stay. Positives: Great views - beautiful rural views - tons to do at barns and house. Lots of spaces for people to spread out. All major appliances super nice, tons of storage, great bedrooms and baths. Used local restaurant Keys and Crows for catering - ask for Key.

This property served as a perfect place for everyone to stay together for my daughter‘s wedding. With family coming from out of state, We wanted to spend as much time as possible and this home offered the ability to do that. Our ages ranged from 20 to 80 and this property was a perfect fit.
