The location is great. Walking distance to all important attractions. The place itself was good but not great. The stairs to the 3rd floor are quite a lot for an older person. The unit was clean, but the kitchen sink had no cold water and the coffee machine was not working. The biggest problem was the noise at night. There is a proximity with pubs where people are very noisy and also warehouses, where there are deliveries at night. The noise echoes through the narrow streets and it was a problem for us every night of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of everything but very quiet once you're inside. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay to get around Rome by foot! Located next to amazing food and historical landmarks. The only reason I didn’t give this property a 5 star rating is due to a few unfortunate events that took place during our stay. The neighbor rang our doorbell two times & came into the property showing frustration about the bathroom fan (it wouldn’t turn off). There was also a movie being shot in front of the property and kept us up all night with the noise. The property was also missing the air conditioning remote so the property was a bit warm. (Would have opened the windows but a movie was being shot, lol)

Lovely people to work with and nice location. It would be nice to have an elevator with luggage. And the bathroom toilet area is a little "cramped"

The host was extremely communicative and met us for check in at and agreed upon time. The location is excellent in the historic Campo dei Fiori piazza with many restaurants close by and very walkable to the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Pompey Theater (10 min walk) and even Vatican City (20-30 min walk). The property was comfortable for a stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. We made extensive use of the available washer. The neighbors were very friendly.
