Great accommodation, excellent host

A great stay in a really beautiful area. The accommodation had all that we needed and the host and house keeper were contactable and helpful with any queries we had. The games room was a great hit with our kids. The common areas are open plan and can all be opened up to the outside to take advantage of the large pool. We'll certainly look to return in the future.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house, which was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The area around the house was very nice and calm; at the same time, there was only a short walk down to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped, we never lacked anything. And the communication with the host was very easy, he answered every question we had very fast. We absolutely would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our family holiday here. The house is spacious and well equipped. The children loved the pool. The house is in a quiet residential area but very convenient for the beach and town. The owner is very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. He has bicycles available to rent although we took our own. Overall a perfect holiday experience.

Wonderful wondernos

Everything we expected and more. The kitchen had all the equipment we could wish for. The pool was a great size and our grand daughter loved it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The living room very spacious and comfortable.

Perfect vacation

Wen spent a wonderful time in this spacious, modern and tasteful house. Even with seven adults there was enough space to spent time together or apart - everyone could find a his favorite spot to read, relax and unwind. Bakery, shopping and restaurants can be easily reached by foot. Very nice host who was always available for questions. We appreciated this very much and can certainly recommend this house.

Excellent choice!

Communication with the host was superb from booking, pre arrival, during our stay and post stay! We couldn’t have asked for more. The Villa itself was exactly as listed - great space, well equipped, pool was perfect and had everything the family needed. Ideally located for the town for eating shopping and beach and only a short drive to get to local attractions - would recommend Arcachon, the Dune de Pilat is amazing! Bordeaux city and airport only 30/40 minutes away and Cap Ferret worth a look. In summary excellent villa, location and host - we will be back!

A perfectly designed holiday house

We have rented many holiday houses, this one is by far the best designed. The rooms are well spaced out and the central living and dining area is bright and airy. The patio doors go all the way into the walls giving a very effective inside/outside feeling, We we arrived the house was perfectly clean. The village has plenty of restaurants and the cycle tracks are very close by. The house is new and fully equipped with everything our family needed. Would highly recommend this house!

Superb Villa stay

We spent a wonderful week in this stunning villa which is superbly equipped, spacious, clean and welcoming. We were a total of 10, from 2 families and we had ample space to relax and enjoy. There is so much to do at the villa to entertain all ages both inside (incl pool table, table football, board games) and outside with a lovely pool and spacious decking area. The villa is situated in a quiet residential street, 5 mins walk from a fabulous bakery! The town is a 5-10mins cycle or 20min walk - on quiet streets and cycle paths - so super easy to get around. The town itself is lovely with nice restaurants and shops - just a shame we were only there for a week! Finally, many thanks to Jean Michel who was so helpful and responsive with any questions and queries we had prior to our arrival - made the whole planning and logistics process for us very smooth! Thank you!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la toute belle villa de Jean-Michel. Bien équipée, nous avons profité du jardin/ piscine et de l’espace intérieur en fonction de la météo. Le soleil est enfin arrivé à mi-semaine…. et l’eau de la piscine avait atteint une bonne température ce qui a ravi mes 4 petits loulous. La région est splendide. Bernadette ( Belgique)

Très bonnes vacances

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Jean-Michel, avec qui le contact a été facile grâce à sa réactivité. La maison est similaire aux photos, bien équipée, avec des chambres spacieuses et des lits confortables. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, à 5 minutes à pied d'une boulangerie et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre. Le coin télé est peut-être un peu petit pour dix personnes lors des journées pluvieuses mais les nombreux jeux de société mis à disposition ravissent tout le monde. Et quand il fait beau, la piscine est plus qu'appréciable !

Villa très agréable, spacieuse située dans un quartier très calme. La literie est de qualité ce qui est rare dans des logements de location .... Belle villa au calme et bien située

Superbe maison, on s’est très bien amusé. Pas loin du centre de Andernos. Par contre il faut vraiment faire attention pour le bruit car les voisins ne sont pas tolérants. C’est le seul désavantage. Sinon c’etait parfait!

Maison toute neuve située au milieu du bassin d’arcachon avec, et la mer tranquille, et l’atlantique plus agité pas loin, bien équipée, accueil aimable, propriétaire gentil et attentionné, maison bien agencée avec passerelle en hauteur, séjour et cuisine s’ouvrant quasiment entièrement avec 3 grandes baies vitrées sur l’espace extérieur avec une belle terrasse en bois, divertissements pour enfants et jeunes au premier étage et surtout une superbe piscine pour passer de vacances relax et agréables
