Petit-Chateau are happy to welcome you to this charming spacious Provencal estate with 500 m2 living area, large garden, private pool and beautiful view.

The owners have gently tried to preserve the villa's unique appearance and the genuine charm of southern France, just so that you will feel comfortable and at "home" from the moment you enter the villa.

The 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms can comfortably accommodate 20-22 guests, and is suitable for an exclusive company arrangement, the big family get-together, a big golf group, a get together with friends, the perfect wedding settings or, of course, a fantastic vacation where several families can spend a vacation together and still have some privacy.

The villa is divided into 3 apartments with separate modern and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The whole villa has wireless internet, which makes it easy to stay in touch with both friends and family, or even your workplace, should this be necessary.

From everywhere in the park-like garden there is a magnificent view overlooking the valley and the Cannes bay area and as the light changes during the day, the view also changes in picturesque manner.

The property is located in green surroundings on a 9,000 m2 large plot of land in an old olive orchard, within walking distance to Speracedes and close to Cabris.

Every season has its charm and, in certain periods, there is opportunity to rent the 3 apartments separately. Ideal for several couples who have the opportunity and time to enjoy spring or fall together under warmer skies.

Beautiful property with magnificent swimming pool. Upstairs middle apartment had a lovely large lounge and outdoor seating area. We were staying in mid August which had somewhat of a heat wave. 34 daily, dropping only to 26/27 at night. As such, due to the fact there were only pedestal fans in the bedrooms, it was very hot. Suggest installation of A/C in all bedrooms. That being said, kitchen had all necessities, bathrooms were large and tidy and the property was very clean. Would certainly recommend. The highlight was 100% the oversized pool and sitting area surrounding it. Outstanding 😍

Big house, but old, yellow matrasses

We had a lovely vacation, big house, but to be honest… the price is to high for the state of the house in my opinion. Women who did the check-in gave us extreme lot of rules, were we must put the decorative pillows, etc. Some sheets were extreme old. She gave al the rules so she had less work to do for herself. The fence was so extreme rusted that we got instructions about How we had to put our towels. My matrass was totally yellow with stains, no cold water in bathroom because it was broken she told, so old that someone before us broke the bathroomtap. There was no ventilation downstairs so there was a real bad smell in the “basement” rooms. No airco there so extreme hot, only in living room. Some walls the paper scrolled of so old. (Was not in al the rooms) most disappointing was the swimmingpool area. Umbrellas did not fit in the standerd, no UV umbrella but so Cheap that with a light wind the umbrella felt. During the day you couldnt sit in the shadow.

Family stay in Mas du Vallon

We were a family of 12 adults and 4 children(under 5) and fitted easily into the spacious property,utilising all 3 units and had kitchens and bedrooms to spare.As the weather was wonderful everyone enjoyed the space,the pool,table tennis,barbeque provision,and the view across the valley . All rooms were well equipped and all appliances worked well. We had Sophie cook for us 4 nights,tea for the children followed by dinner for the adults, and she was fantastic:good local food,well cooked,presented and served.It enabled everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Easy drive to the supermarket and Cabris( (which our tennis players appreciated) Minor gripes All the electrics worked well bar the TV ,but as we were always outside this wasn`t an issue The lack of really sharp knives.When you eat in a lot you notice it and I`d forgotten a knife sharpener. Pool well fenced and largely safe,but there was a gap protected by some fierce aloes which might have proved problematic as there was a steep drop the other side. Wish we could have accessed the rear entrance to the grounds easily as it provided a quiet shady walk up to Speracedes to the bar and "cornershop". The week was a great success for all of us and special thanks to Sophie.

Traumhafte Villa am Hang

Wir waren mit 22 Personen im Herbst in Mas du Vallon und haben es sehr genossen. Die Korrespondenz mit Jacob und die Hausübergabe durch Sophie verliefen problemlos und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist wunderschön am Hang gelegen und bietet jede Menge Raum und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben es sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool ist beheizt und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet ein riesiger Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach Grasse ist es nur ein Katzensprung, Antibes ist auch wunderbar erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben jetzt schon wieder Fernweh...;)

Schönes Haus - toller Blick - leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen!

Wunderbares Anwesen mit viel Platz und tollem Pool. Leider entsprachen die Fotos nicht so ganz der Realität. Die Bäder sind ziemich runtergekommen und bestimmt 30 Jahre alt. Einige der Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und es gibt keine Klimaanlage so dass die Hitze in den Räumen sehr hoch war. 4 der angegebenen Betten waren Stockbetten, in denen Erwachsenen nicht schlafen können. Dies wurde nicht angegeben. Besonders hat uns ein defekter, unschönerTreppenlifter im Treppenhaus gestört. Viele Fliesen sind gesprungen, die Wände zeigen große Risse, machen Türen schlossen gar nicht oder nur schwer. Die Möbel am Pool waren mal schön, sind aber leider z. Teil kaputt oder nicht mehr verstellbar. Sonnenschirme gab es nur kaputte. Nach einer Sanierung wäre dieser Ort ein kleines Paradies.

Wir verbrachten im grossen Haus eine schöne Woche. Wir waren 24 Leute und benutzten gemeinsam das ganze Haus. Da alle 3 Wohnungen miteinander verbunden sind, war das ideal für uns. Der Pool ist gross und gepflegt. Nicht alle Schlafgelegenheiten sind gleichwertig. Die Lage ist schön und ruhig.

Perfect for several families travelling together!

Great location with beautiful views out to the Mediterranean! Large property with three individual apartments is great if you travel with a group, as you can both enjoy time together as well as being private when needed. Good standard, large pool, large gardens and with close proximity to restaurants and the nice villages. Only 35 minutes from the airport in Nice! We will be back next summer for sure!
