Recently built, well furnished, independent even if it is part of a larger house.
Composed of: living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and sofa bed (which can be transformed into a double bed) 4 beds.
Free Wi-Fi and private entrance.
It is 5 km from the sea and 3 km from the city center of Massa.
Peripheral area of the city, very quiet and well served: within a radius of 200 m. Pharmacy, Tobacco Bar, Supermarket, Free Parking, Church, Baker, Pizzeria, Hairdresser, Post and Bus Stop.
At home it is not allowed: Smoking, noisy activity and accommodating pets.
Pure location, for short periods, it is not a tourist lease, no typical services are provided for accommodation facilities.

We were very happy with the house, ordered, the same as the photos and the description. Super clean and Very comfortable! In the kitchen Nothing was missing! The area is soooo peaceful and close to everything. The reception was excellent, Mirko and his partner are two people very available. We'll be back! March 2016

nicht ganz wie erwartet aber ok
Der Inhaber ist freundlich,wenn man mit ihm redet und er gibt einem Ausflugtipps, jedoch war es schwierig so zu leben, dass ihn nichts störte.
Der Standort ist schon ziemlich weit "aussen" nahe einem Industriegebiet. Leider war es ziemlich staubig und die Schubladen in der Küche haben auch ihre beste Zeit hinder sich. Auch mussten wir neue Lappen und Schwämme kaufen, weil die vorhandenen stanken und dreckig waren. Es steht es sei Parkplatz vorhanden, dieser befindet sich jedoch einfach im Quartier vorne, der schnellere malt zuerst. Für das was man bekommt, die ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch. Das ist nicht nur unser Empfinden sondern wurde von Einheimischen bestätigt. Für diesen Preis müsste es eine bessere Lage nahe am Meer haben, min.2 Zimmer und Bett, sauberer und bessere Möbel sowie eine Waschmöglichkeit für Kleider. Darum können wir nur ein OK geben und nicht mehr.

Die Mädchen hatten eine bessere Wohnung als die mit dem gleichen Preis, mit Klimaanlage und Terrasse gewählt und sie schätzen den Wechsel der Wohnung, die in der gleichen Gegend des anderen ist und in der Beschreibung ist alles sehr klar: Lage und Preis. Meine Wohnung ist nicht in einem Industriegebiet.
Parken wird nicht in der Anzeige angeboten, aber es ist leicht, auf dem nahe gelegenen Platz zu finden: die Mädchen haben es immer an der gleichen Stelle gefunden.
Wenn der Preis so hoch ist, warum haben sie nicht nach einer besseren, billigeren Wohnung mit einem Fenster zum Meer und einem Privatstrand gesucht?
Auf Homeway gibt es viele Häuser in meiner Gegend, aber sie haben meins gewählt, das mehr kostet und hässlicher ist, das Ding ist seltsam, findest du nicht?
Die Möbel sind genau das, was sie vor ihrer Ankunft gesehen haben.
Die Aussage über Sauberkeit ist absurd: Ich persönlich putze die Wohnung und weiß, was ich mache.
Wenn, wie sie sagen, die Schwämme stinken und das Haus verstaubt und dreckig ist, warum haben sie es dann nicht erst während des Aufenthalts in Homeway und dann bei mir gemeldet?
Nach einem Monat erinnern sie sich, dass die Schwämme stinken!
Die Mädchen kommen aus der deutschen Schweiz, ich habe erwartet, dass alles perfekt ist, aber sie haben sich am schlechtesten benommen und dafür wurden sie mehrere Male gerufen, weil:
Sie haben die Klimaanlage 24/24 Stunden bei geöffneten Fenstern eingeschaltet, schütteln die Handtücher mit Sand von der Terrasse herunter, wenn es unten noch eine Wohnung gibt, sie haben den differenzierten Müll nicht eingesammelt: das Plastik im Papier, das Glas im undifferenzierten Müll, die schmutzige Damenbinden in dem Papierbehälter (sie tat es absichtlich?) und verließ das Haus so schmutzig, dass es doppelt so lange gedauert hat, um es zu reinigen, eine schändliche Sache für drei Frauen von Calabrese Herkunft und die Schweiz.
Was ich sage, ist dokumentiert.
Auf anderen Seiten bin Ich Superhost mit so vielen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen.
Diese Rezension wird von dem Groll ungebildeter Leute diktiert, die sich ihren Schmutz bequem machen wollen.
Ich empfehle diese Leute nicht!

Tolle Unterkunft in Massa mit nettem Gastgeber
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sauber. Alles hat gut funktioniert, Küche, Bad, Klimaanlage...
Mirko (Vermieter) war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Um die Ecke hat es eine kleine Bäckerei und kleines Geschäft mit Obst und Gemüse.
Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand und nahe vom Stadtzentrum.
Uns hat es gut gefalle.

Sono stata ospite nei suddetti locali circa 1 anno fa e mi sono trovata benissimo! La descrizione fatta da Mirco e Cristina è perfettamente aderente alla realtà, così come le foto, locali pulitissimi ed in ottimo stato, consigliatissimo il soggiorno!!!!

Casa confortevole, pulita, in posizione strategica
La casa si trova in un luogo tranquillo, non distante dal mare e anche dal centro commerciale di Massa. Comodissima per 3 persone, ma sicuramente anche per 4. Pulita, conforme all'annuncio, curata nei minimi particolari, nessun problema di parcheggio. Proprietario residente nello stesso caseggiato. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto!
