Thank you for your 5-star review and for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear that your family enjoyed the property. We understand your frustration with the parking situation. The parking pads throughout Watercolor are indeed first come, first serve, so unfortunately, anyone with a Watercolor Parking Pass can park there. We appreciate your understanding and hope this didn’t detract too much from your overall stay. We’d love to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you so much for your 4-star review! We are so pleased to hear you had a great stay. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback of the home and the HOA guidelines. Per our rental agreement and information that is sent to you for your stay all homes that provide an electric cart must be parked in a designated parking space. In the community, parking in more than one parking spot is violation to the HOA guidelines. We value all customer reviews and hope to have you and your family back down on 30-A again!

Debbie, thank you for providing your feedback. We are delighted you appreciated the house's spaciousness, decor, and amenities such as the well-stocked kitchen, golf cart, and bikes. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues and the inconvenience caused by the lack of oven mitts and dish towels. Your comments about the vacuum cleaner, need for a mop or wet Swiffer, and the master bedroom shower are noted. We understand how these issues impacted your stay, especially with your asthma condition. Unfortunately, we did not receive communication from you during your stay regarding these concerns.. Had we been notified, our housekeeping manager would have addressed these issues immediately. We are currently taking steps to rectify these issues, including evaluating our cleaning service and making necessary replacements and repairs. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We are committed to improving our services and hope to welcome you back in the future.
